I’m not sure why this is so difficult to accept. It’s just the way it is.
This is not correct. It's not "just the way it is"- rather, it's all entirely explainable in a non-refutable way.
For example with sports since that's what people gravitate to- footballers get paid more than women because MEN go in their hordes to watch as if we've been programmed to do so, and we watch the men because we're men AND yes they're stronger and faster (which is the smaller part of that) AND 98% of boys who have ever been born would be pro footballers or whatever if they could be even if they would earn an average wage.
Flip the foot and women it's more like 1%.
Take it to TENNIS- women are hugely interested in tennis for whatever reason so that I've heard more women talk about it than men around the watercooler AND more girls are interested in tennis than in any other sport. SURPISE SURPRISE women tennis players are the closest in parity in earnings.
It's not even about the fact they can't compete with men directly, it's the fact of competition to get in (i.e. percentile talent) and the amount of people who are willing to watch.
I can apply this logic to every field you care to ask if Jordan hasn't already covered it.

Tennis is simply a sport which several years ago introduced mandated equal prize money for all the grand slam tournaments.
This is even though the physical differences between the sexes are acknowledged via the fact that men’s games are best of 5 sets and women’s are best of 3. Men have to work harder and longer for the same prize money.
"Keep women's sports female" is a great slogan.

He claimed that he was only serving at 50% most of the match with less spin. After that, Serena decided that men's and women's tennis are practically different sports. If one of the greatest athletes of all time regardless of gender, and definitely on the Rushmore of Female sports (regardless of the number of tantrums she throws), says that men's sports and women's sports are different, isn't that someone you might listen to?

But this could also be achieved by for instance creatng a game based on muscle mass and allowing men and women to compete. It's just the male/female split comes naturally and is far easier to police and justify the existence of. Splitting tennis into weight classes might be one option, like is done with boxing, but men would still have a whole host of advantages over women. I don't know what you mean by 'Where's the relevance?' but if you mean men being superior to women, that's what we're discussing under this video. An obvious truth when looking at almost all sports.

The people who denied the gap in talent between males and females are the same people who had me removed from quarterback because they said it was selfish of the coach to win every game in the 90s. This is a reasonable approach. It’s not about one being better than the other. We are all individuals and have unique and complimentary abilities. Working to solve problems collaboratively is a really amazing thing.
And some people are vastly better than others in their thing. Hierarchies of competence are real and we can never get rid of them - thus we'll _always_ have inequality in outcomes.
Teenage boys e.g. can beat female world cup winners in football, and it's not even close.
Men and women are unique in their own ways. This is what's beautiful about us and what makes us love eachother.

She is an athlete who worked her whole life only to then be forced to compete against a biological male who had only recently decided they identified as female. She tied and the title was given to the trans person. She dared speak out about it and has been cancelled as a result.

She’s absolutely right. A woman is special in her own ways, and we have a different skill set from men. Men sometimes wonder how in hell we do the things we do, and we sometimes wonder how in hell they do what they do. We have to stop trying to be them and just accept that we are WOMEN.
In some ways, yes but in others, no. Men obviously cannot birth children, do not menstruate etc but roles do not have to be exclusive to a man or woman. Women do not have to be mothers, that doesn't make you less of a woman, and vice versa. It's about having an option and choosing. I do not think that a woman being driven and wanting a non conventional life is her wanting to be a man, because then creates the association of masculinty with strength and feminity with inferiority. Truth is strength lies in an empowered PERSON, and I understand that typically, biologically men are physically stronger, but women can also build strength. Theres also so much variation in the human species, we have naturally weaker men too and naturally stronger women. Extremity on both sides of the argument is the problem.
The issue is people influencing young women/girls that empowerment is being independent, driven, non conventional etc
They should be encouraging the freedom of thought/expression and choice, and there should be honesty in the consequences of different choices in life, you can't get everything no matter which path you go down, and there are some things you miss out on either way in most cases.
Assess everything in totality. We either keep the stakes as they are and try and protect them for as long as possible or we seriously get down and figure out what is best and/or necessary for human life and resolve whatever conclusion it may present. Otherwise the whole thing is a waste and ultimately I support rights for everybody but if we want true equality we have to be deadly serious about literally everything to actually achieve anything.

Yeah, the whole argument that women’s sports is invalid because a woman can’t beat men is ridiculous. Why should that be the benchmark? If we can appreciate differences within men’s sports, we should be able to appreciate the differences between men’s and women’s sports.

Women's tennis really isn't more skillful, they just can't hit the ball hard enough to win outright. It is the only reason Serena and Venus were so "good" since they could hit it hard enough; they really weren't good tennis players.
The only reason to watch women's tennis is for the hot ones in skimpy outfits.
P.S. Though, I think she did say that they couldn't compete with the top men. That is also misleading since they can't compete with the bottom men either.

You don't see it so much in swimming, but in some sports, like tennis and football (soccer) the fact that women can't rely on speed and power as much as men actually makes their games more entertaining and interesting to watch.

She was specifically talking about men having multiple natural advantages and being superior to women in competitive swimming, not that overall, in general men are superior humans.
Just a few of the differences that make men superior in competitive swimming are the wingspan of their arms, the way they build muscle, their lung capacity, and many other things.

I was leaning more towards being different and being designed to be better at different things or just following our roles and not so much on the emphasis of inferior / superior. Gymnastics is a perfect example of a sport where the individual apparatus suit each gender perfectly. So women don’t do rings, men don’t do beam. Why? We are smaller, we have smaller muscles, less testosterone, smaller hearts and lungs, and there is nothing wrong with that... is just the way we are... that doesn't mean we don't give everything we as women possibly can in our sports... we also give everything... we should not feel bad for that truth... we should be proud of what we can achieve in our category...

It was like trying to explain to someone i thought dancing was an art and not a sport. It's not inferior. It just has a different goal using incredible talents.
When I see a few ballroom dancers, the men can have whatever body weight but women have to be like stick figures. Dancesport was supposed to be part of the Olympics.
