lexus is 250 2006 p0766 and p2714 transmission problem

- Hi there I have a transmission problem with my lexus is 250 2006. the problem is neutral acts as drive and reverse acts as neutral.
codes I have are p0766 and p2714. I replaced transmission filter,oil,and transmission oil pan gasket.
valve body for solenoids seems fine, although there was sludge at the bottom of the transmission oil pan.
I have no idea nor seen a transmission do this . transmission isn't brand new but it does not look like it needs to be replaced. car only has 124000 miles and a new transmission does not seem like the culprit.

Same happened to my IS350, I just bought a low mileage used transmission.
There is a problem inside the transmission, which is weak oil pressure. There is a leakage of Drum C1 C2, especially when it heats up, problems start
Did you find your problem? I fell like these transmission are bulletproof, my guess is the ecm. Having same problems with ls430 04 p0761 after red ling for 5 seconds car wont drive right, car kicks like someone hit me in back when put on drive now. Gonna get my ecm board fix this week I'll try to update y'all!
Did you end up finding the problem? I have this exact issue, replaced all the solenoids and still throws codes

Is it better to replace the solenoid kus I got the code p2714 ??? Or I need a new transmission
