Tule Elk is the rarest of all elk species also the smallest in body and antler size and only reside in California. Also the most expensive and takes the most time to hunt than any other elk species due to the only tags being draw or paying well over $20,000 min.

Some of the weapons have pretty cool art etched in them. Elephants are going to be fun to hunt, even though they are endangered.

Elephants aren't endangered. Maybe in some areas but not in huntable locations. In fact the hunting licenses help the animals so don't spread false info. Look at Kenya after they closed hunting, it went from a paradise to a wasteland because the poachers didn't have anyone to stop them. Nevermind that hunters let the villages have most of the meat while poachers leave the 5 tons to rot. In fact the corrupt government made more on elephant tusks then the rest of the population combined,just a guess but I bet it's true.
No they're not,in fact the species has made such a comeback that they're destroying there habitat in certain areas. They just tear trees down to get at the bark.

I would like to see them remove the iron sights off of scoped rifles. Other than big bore dangerous game rifles, almost no modern center fire has iron sights. A clean look is preferred.
id like the option as well. giving people the option is always a good idea.
I think you can change barrels from short to long but not sure if you can remove the sites. You can even add suppressors and muzzle brakes. Different colors for stocks, some can add engravings as well as other options. I wonder what that .700 Rigby? will cost relative to say the .416 rigby? Also the fact that we have horses is cool but will they use them in africa? I think the Tse Tse fly kills them extremely fast and that's why no horses in africa, well in Tse Tse fly territory.
Big game rifles have iron sights as standard.
Sounds awesome, now if it’s anything like theHunter classic it’s going to be amazing. If I remember correctly they said they wanted to create a modern version of theHunter classic.

I agree 100%. I do hope the gameplay is as interesting as the proposed content.
Hopefully they add, Rhino's, and Leopards, to complete the big 5, and also add a bunch of the gazelle and antelope species.

this is a big What if, But what if when both ultimate fishing 2 and this game release into an actual stable version (out of EA) if they merged? i think it would be sick, i remember playing outdoor adventures (2006) and alaskan adventures...just a whhat if idea lol
it would be cool to have both fishing and hunting but i dont think that will happen with this game.
I'd prefer they focus on hunting and not merging with another game. Too many issues would arise so it would delay the game. We don't want this game delayed.

How long until console release I wonder? I hope it's a month snd not a year because my ol laptop with an ivy bridge quad core and 670mx won't cut it.

Looks better then any other hunting game created. I hope movement both yours and the animals are smooth and accurate. I tried playing hunting simulator 2 and man was that a waste of $10. It's even 4k 60hz, but somehow the movements janky. Also the animals antlers are terrible. They use brand name recognition to draw us sucker's in so I'm glad (other then Rigby) they seem to worry about game play rather then bushnells terrible optics.

@@dgeesiogaming well unfortunately white tails are actually not in california irl so it wouldn't really make sense to add them to this reserve but there are black tails
The closest would be coues deer which js basically a miniature whitetail. Sadly there range is new mexico,Arizona and Mexico. So I can't see a reason why they couldn't survive in California's desert or the lower mountain regions.
