It's a razor sharp blade moving at the very least 60 miles per hour. If it were a ball or rock your average teenage human with a few weeks of practice could throw a rock half the size of fist but far denser hard enough to kill most animals in one hit. And remember most humans don't go hunting alone.

Nice clean shots which I have a lot of respect for . I've shot around 15 moose,15 black bear and 5 white tail deer and it was some of the best memories and times I've had , I'm now 43 and I don't know what changed but I just can't bring myself to pull the trigger anymore, I love the thrill of the hunt and being outdoors but when it comes time to kill lately I just take a picture and let it go . I definitely have some hunting partners who don't like how I changed but I still bring out people who can't get black bear by themselves and call in moose for my cousins but I can't shoot them myself , I guess I got soft in my old age lol. Again nice kill shots though no suffering is what it's supposed to be like 👍

Great question. Different species have different reactions. Deer run the furthest and usually always less than 100 yards…sometimes not more than 20 yards. Moose and caribou never go far if hit properly. Bears are usually down in 30-60 yards when hit properly.

In bc we have a big problem with cities expanding at a alarming rate, that and the fact of so many people switching to a primary vegetarian or vegan diet dramatically increases the need for ever expanding farm land. One new farm alone will be the reason for several hectares of forest to be logged destroying natural habitats but farmers crops are their livelihood and they will destroy any animal that threaten their crops from rabbits to deer and elk. A bc hunting license and tags are bought annually and the majority of the money goes towards environmental studies of animal habitat and numbers aswell as reintroducing species that have been decimated by development and other factors of human population increase. Hunters are the reason my childrens children will see herds of elk and fields of deer. Great video guys and thanks for all you do to support our planet for the future
