I have been very tempted to pick up a 69 Camaro myself. It's such a good looking car and is dear to my heart as long ago I had a 69 that was my daily driver. The Typhon is by far the best car in my collection for off road fun. It jumps well and lands perfectly most of the time even if you are a bad driver like me. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍👍
It's totally stock running 3s on the BLX 100 system. It's a Version 3 Typhon if that helps. I think I have the punch set on 4. I really don't think it's capable of pulling a willie for a dead stop but if you get it rolling and punch it the front end should come up. Thanks for watching.

They have been holding up well and I have a good collection of hex adaptors with different offsets both in 17 mm and 12 mm. It's amazing how fast I can receive an order from them. It's like the next day or within 2 days. Their factory is in Banning Ca. so it's real close to where I live.
@@phillybrc Thanks man. I guess there is a big interest in Typhons and tires. :) I went back to stock tie rods yesterday and ordered another set and some front arms just because they are so cost effective / Inexpensive. I do like the trenchers for off-road but the stock tires rip on the street.
The same here. Speed runs are not really my cup of tea. Too much damage when you hit curbs. I have experimented with using a gyro but that really doesn't seem to help. Awsome video I’ve been shopping around how you feel About what you’re running on for surfaces? Like my stock tires but can’t help but think off-road the bigger ones may help…gotta be harder in drivetrain though.
I would imagine that the engineers at Arrma selected the tires they did for a reason. I actually think they are best for asphalt surfaces and work good offroad as well. I mostly drive offroad and just like getting better traction so I go with a tire like the ProLine Trenchers. I recently picked up some Proline Badlands and like them even more. Both have the same wheel height as stock. I have had no issues with the drivetrain. The 3s Granite is basically the same platform but with a shorter wheel base and the stock tires are the same as the Prolines mentioned. Thanks for watching and hopefully my comments were helpful.
Cool tires man! I have a Granite and I’ve been waiting for my new diff to arrive so I can use my trenchers on it. Have you found any weaknesses on your drivetrain while using your trenchers? Btw the smaller tires look very nice for handling on asphalt. Liked the vid and subscribed 😊
Thanks for the sub. So far I have not had any drivetrain issues running these tires on my Granite or Typhon.
