I bought a Cherokee Six from a friend that lost his medical. He made me a deal that I could not refuse, but I told him that I really did not want a Cherokee Six and would be selling the airplane as soon as I found something better. He said that he understood but still wanted me to have the airplane. That was in 1992 and I am still looking for something better.
If you ever decide to give it away, can I be the friend that you give a great deal? XD I've been looking for a Cherokee Six but can't find anything under $100k these days. That's not easy to afford when you have three kids.
I am a private pilot that has been grounded due to a heart condition. I had to sell my Cherokee 235 that i loved to fly. I miss flying! I wished there was a way i could enjoy what you jave enjoyed. God bless you, and keep them flying!
This is only the second of your videos that I have seen. I’m retired now and have about 140 hours but got my PPC. I’m planning around 20 years of flying with future grandchildren, god willing. You have given me great food for thought - thank you!
Ha, PPC, I have not heard that in a while. PPC would be the correct form as opposed to PPL. I now even started to say PPL but it’s not a license, it’s a certificate! I hope your future grandchildren get to enjoy this incredible experience. I’ll have more great informative content coming up. Thank you always!
I once flew out of Skagway Alaska in a Cherokee Six with Pilot, 6 adults, baggage for all 6. How he stowed all those bags was amazing. Plane took off no problem! 6th passenger sat on someone's lap. 1974.
Thank you for this video sir! I’ve been on the fence about getting my private pilot's license. Seeing how you’re making a lot of memories with your family, it encourages me to take that step to get my pilots license.
I live in El Salvador and I am 63.... just bought a Piper Arrow.... my brother is a pilot and stop flying for 30 years until we decided to keep our dreams going in life.... so we are flying twice a week... my son is 35 and just did his first solo flight and eager to get his license. Great video.... keep it up and let us enjoy what we like the most....
Luis, my other side of the family are originally from El Salvador. The Arrow is a great machine. I hope your son continues and obtains his license because he will enjoy it for years to come! Thanks for watching and your comment and I wish you all the best!
Yes, we have five or six reputable schools here in El Salvador... mu brother got his in Miami Fla, and my son is getting his here in El Salvador.... I am not sure if I am getting mine... at 63 I have 2 pilots in the family.... if neither one can’t, a private pilot charges $25.00 to fly our plane.... at that cost, I rather enjoy the scenery.... 😂😂😂😂.... Don't you think ????.... Remember, El Salvador is a very small country.... The size of Massachussets....
@@luisr.fernandez955 Thank you for your reply, very nice. I remember El Salvador, went to a restaurant at the Intl Airport for a meal in 1994. we were there with a cargo plane from Miami. Always wanted to come back. Do they also train commercial, instrument and multi engine at those flight schools? Maybe you can give me the name of one , perhaps one that uses piper aircraft. I love those. Saludos , Franz.
@@franzvoss4808 I am from Costa Rica and my wife is from Nicaragua.... lived in Miami 14 years and my 3 kids were born in Miami..... we love El Salvador.... never regretted coming back in 1992...... if you ever come back to El Salvador.... let me know, we will take you around......... About schools.... 3 that I would recommend are: Cea Flight School, PANAS School and Flight Training School.... I believe the last one uses Pipers..... best regards
As a retired GA mechanic, I can confirm the Cherokee 6 is about the best value 'load hauler' out there. It is rugged and capable with a simple and strong fixed gear and manual flap operation, meaning there is very little to go wrong, also annual checks won't bust the bank. This owner did a great job in gradually upgrading and modernising his airplane. The important thing as usual is to search for a low time well maintained airframe and engine. Exterior and interior can be tidied up, or just use it 'as is'. The PA32 Cherokee 6 is a direct evolution of the PA28 series, sharing many airframe parts and the legendary reliability of the smaller planes. Hell... I even had a part share in one myself many years back !
That is just about what my mechanic told me when I was searching for a bird and so far the Six has been solid! Thanks for connection sharing your comment. Have a great day!
Hi buddy, check out my video titled “How much does it cost to own and restore an airplane”. I went into some in-depth specifics on that video about just about everything I had done. Thanks 😊
Well done. Private pilot. 2 kids and a wife that I pray one day can have the same experiences you have given your family. The coolest. Great airplane great video great family. Would love tips and comms with you sir
I just started following your journey and you've made a great choice for your mission I have three kids but they're all grown. I bought a 1982 Cessna T182RG from my son in laws grandfather, and it's been a GREAT airplane for My mission. We're all on our own journey and it's very cool to see other people's choices.
Hello Jim! Thanks a lot and I admire your wisdom. It seems like so many people are brain locked and never want to see others do things their way. I always ask myself, how can anyone learn by being the same? Like you, I rather enjoy the uniqueness in what others have to offer. I appreciate your comment and I hope you have a great day.
man- this is the american dream in my eyes- you and your family are truly blessed- i grew up homeless (drug addict parents) been working since i was 14- had 3 jobs in high school and was helping pay the rent for my parents and for bills- joined the military- met and married a tomboy gal that was gorgeous, smart as a whip / college masters, and a relentlessly hard worker ( i have no idea what she sees in me lmao but all my bad luck in life clearly was to balance out that winning lottery ticket of a woman)- between the two of us after 10 years together now weve managed to finally make about 480 a year (not bad for a knucklehead from the streets eh?) i have been for the past few days researching and planning on buying a plane for us- this exact plane is what to get (piper pa-32 cherokee 6) so this video and others like it is encouraging me greatly that this isnt too complicated for someone dumb like me to understand (hopefully lol) me and my better half are planning to finally have kids now- were praying its not too late for us- but how unreal it would be for my kids to grow up in clouds and not in the gutter like their father did- you guys are so awesome and what a dream you guys are living and i hope me and my beautiful wife will have too-
Hi Timothy; what an inspiring story! I always say, life is about the choices we make going forward. The mistakes of the past should be used as learning experiences. The Six is a great airplane. It’s also such a great triumph to have a winning woman on your side. Both should work hard for one another and take care of each other. Great job in taking a different path 😀
4:22 I literally yelled out, "Ooh boy, look at that!" Nice work man! I'm starting my PPL journey this year (been eyeing it since the end of 2019 - but COVID). Now's the time baby!! Thanks for the inspiration!
OK, now you have me curious on 4:22, let me check it out...........Oh yes...That was an exciting moment. Just knowing that I was going to fly away with a different looking airplane. I wish you the very best with your journey Louis. Keep that dream alive and don't lose it! Also, keep me posted on your progress. The reason I make these videos is for guys like yourself because I want to be a part of that journey. Keep in touch and thank you very much for watching and for your great comment!
Thanks for Sharing your video, I am delighted to hear that your Cherokee six is a cherished member of your family. I am looking forward to seeing more fun videos of your family enjoying your Cherokee six
Seeing the smiles on your brother in laws faces in this video is how you know owning an airplane is priceless. 5 guys no problem. I own a piper arrow 200hp but was strongly considering a cherokee 6. I think my next plane will be a 6 seater for sure.
Baxter, the Arrow is a very nice airplane. Just me personally, if you did not need the extra space I'd stay with the Arrow. But it is surely nice to have those extra seats. I totally agree, I truly enjoy sharing these experiences with others as much as I possibly can. God bless!
The Cherokee 6 is one of the most overlooked acft made. It is a great airplane for families. The useful load is insane, true it's not the fastest but it will get you there. The fixed gear is one of the toughest ever made. Nicely done.
Thanks for sharing your comment Donald! I totally agree with you. So far, the Six has been solid and we pack the heck out of it on those special Holiday trips. It's very comfortable and, best of all, the maintenance has been very smooth as my mechanic predicted. Take care and have a great day!
Hello Dustin, I hope you get it! Now the turbo Saratoga is a beast! Thanks for watching and for your comment. Keep in contact and let me know if you get it! Have a great day!
Cheers my friend.. VERY INSPIRING. I was just talking to my wife about owning our plane in the NEAR FUTURE.. We have 1 student pilot & 1 ATP in the household. We'll be based in Brigham City Utah. Might have to fly over to KAPA to check out your ride. Proud of you!! Very well deserved. 🙏🏾👊🏾👊🏾
Thanks SLC801aviator; yes, I think it's a good idea to get that green light form the BOSS ;-). But I think you guys will enjoy it and create some memorable moments. Thank you very much for your support and your wonderful comment. Keep me posted when you get that airplane! Happy New Year!
Thanks for this video man. It’s great to hear someone speak plainly about their needs and why they chose a plane, and also that you filmed how you did the upgrades
Very nicely done. I got my PPL in 1976. I almost bought a Cherokee 6-300 back in 1977.Haven't flown in 30 years. I guess I missed out on a lot. Six kids and work, work, work. God bless & ENJOY.
Hi buddy! Is MYR Myrtle Beach, SC? I’ve been there when I lived in Jacksonville, Fl. The Carolinas are very beautiful and scenic. Thanks a lot and we’ll see if I can make it up your way one of these days!
May your business continue to grow so that you can take us on many more adventures. You mentioned some places I’ve never seen covered by you tube pilots. I’m a lapsed PPL in MA and dying to get back in the left seat. My son begins his training soon. .
I really appreciate you Benny for sharing such a motivational comment. I hope that you find that left seat soon and that your son may triumph in reaching the PPL goal and beyond. Thanks for sharing and connecting with me. Have a great day Benny!
Brilliant work you're doing with your channel. Thank you for sharing your family trips and your excitment for aviation. The "Flying Bug" is mightily at work .... in gratitude for this and other channels like it, I am proudly sharing I have been bitten by the bug. Booked a discovery flight for this coming weekend and anticipating it will only highten the fever for flying lol Thanks again for the content...keep up the great work, Hermano!
I really appreciate you sharing your comment with me a great deal. It means a lot to me to know that I am a part of something worth sharing and contributing. By catching the Flying Bug I can tell you that you are in great company my friend. Aviators are like a magnetic brotherhood! Take care and please keep me posted with your success!
I am sure hoping also Bobby! Coincidently, just about 3 minutes before I read your comment he told me that he wanted to go flying tomorrow. But I told him probably not because of a weather system moving in the area. I am also hoping to take him with me to Sun n Fun this April so him and I can have 1 on 1 time. Thank you for watching and the comment Bobby and God bless you!
That’s awesome what great memories you are making with your family. I drove over the road for thirty years with my dogs and have seen all those same places. It would of been even better to bring friends and family on my adventures.
The Gipper, I have watched and love several UA-camrs that I consider to be at the top of their game. To that end; I can't even begin to express how all of you make me feel. It is an absolute honor to hear comments such as yours with so many out there that I'd consider the elites of this game. I do this because aviation has been my passion since my younghood years and I enjoy every moment of it. Once aviation is in your blood it stays with you for life. Thanks for watching and for your inspirational comment. I express my sincere thanks to you! Have a blessed and prosperous New year!
My Dad owned a 6, N 3217W, in the 1960's. He and we, went all over the country in that airplane. He once said that that aircraft just wanted to be in the air.
David, I would have to agree with your Dad 100%! You are blessed to have had such experiences with him. I'm sure as a result you can relate to how significant this is to my family. I want them to have great memories growing up. God bless you, keep in touch, and thanks for sharing!
@@FlyingDirty As an FYI, the plane had dual omni and a two axis auto pilot along with adf, and a transponder. That made it capable of handling ifr conditions. My Dad's mind would be blown by modern avionics!
@@daviddiscenza3187 Mine had the original century wing leveler 1axis autopilot and no altitude hold. It was surely better than nothing but I had to constantly baby sit it. I agree, the technology out today is incredible.
I see your Puretarican flag in your hanger. I lived there for 2 years (comerio, Guanica, Yaoco) love everything about Puerto Rico, especaly the food! Great video. I've also been looking into a 6
Love it! I have been thinking about a Cherokee six for a while as we are a family of 5 as well. I ended up doing what you started to do though. I bought a Cherokee 140 and have since done an engine overhaul, new interior, and avionics upgrade. I found that the 140 will probably be perfect as my kiddos are all close to leaving home. She's not as fast, but pretty economical to operate. Thanks so much for sharing!
I totally agree...1 is already gone but still have two more to go. Once they go I may consider a smaller and faster airplane. But I may still keep the Six because I do like having the ability to transport heavy stuff. Thanks for the comment!
I wish you the best in getting that license! Don't lose focus. You and your family will treasure those moments. I think the Six is a great platform. Although, I am looking for something with a little more speed for those business trips when I travel alone. Thanks and keep me posted on your progress!
Muchas gracias mi hermano Don! Keep up with the private's license my friend. I have no doubt that it will bring you a lot of joy and satisfaction. The fact that I can inspire others as others inspire me is what keeps me pushing out these videos. Thanks for your motivating comment and for also inspiring me! Dios te bendiga Don Moore!
Great video man, i want to get back to school to finish my private pilot license , i have about 20 hours in a Diamond eclipse DA40, it would be a dream to own one some day.
Thank you Randy and keep that dream alive. I had the dream for around 16 years before it finally became reality. I think dreams have a way of routing life to the destination. Thanks for watching and for the comment randy and I wish you success in all of your dreams and goals! God bless you!
Congrats on the purchase. I haven't quite reached the flight time per year yet to justify buying(in my mind) but love seeing success stories of people that do. The transformation of the aircraft is absolutely stunning, well done. I fly out of CFO and am ATC at DEN so I'm sure our paths may cross in the future. Happy Flying!
Thanks a lot orlondo1, I do hope we cross paths at some point. Please keep in touch and thank you for watching and for dropping a comment. Have a great day!

Hi Scott! Yes, I like Wyoming. It is very peaceful and relaxing every time I go there. The only thing that is usually not so peaceful are the winds LOL. Thanks for watching and for your comment!
I found your channel two days ago and i must say that i enjoy it very much. you have a beautiful airplane and a beautiful family. it is like traveling america from my living room. haha. and i do enjoy very much your music that you use in your videos. the music goes very well with what we are all watching. kudos to you. I fly a Piper Cherokee Challenger and i enjoy it very much. you have really peaked my interest with your dynon and avidyne equipment as i am due for a panel upgrade myself. keep making great videos and i will keep watching. fly safe, stay safe, stay happy
Bill, Thanks a lot for your words of encouragement. I really like the Dynon and the Avidyne. It make flying so much easier! Please keep me posted with your panel upgrade. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Came across your video love what you have done with your Cherokee. I've been thinking about it for awhile now. But I'm a bigger dude and those C152's don't look to comfy to train in. Beautiful airplane
Chester, I thank you very much! Yeah, my training in a C152 lasted only 1 day 😆. Plus, it’s a much slower airplane so it may seem cheaper up front but the training time will add up in the end. Welcome to the channel my friend!
Great video! I too am thinking about a 6-300. I currently own a 182 but I would really like to have the extra space and seating capacity. Good looking family too, congrats!
Thank you Martin for watching and for your comment. I don't think you'd be disappointed with a 6-300 for that extra seating capacity. All around a great and economical six seater. Keep me posted on your search progress! Happy New Year!
Frank, best of luck on your research and I hope you find the right one for you. I’m glad you are enjoying the videos and I’ll try to keep pumping them out as much as possible. Thanks for your comment, stay in touch, and keep me posted on your research progress! Have a great day!
Idk if you'll see this, but we live in Jax. Been here all our lives. JSO for almost 20yrs. Found your channel today, and new subscriber. You are now the closest thing I have to a friend "in" Jax that has an interest in flying. 👊 Looking into PPL here lately and am also interested in the same plane for the same reasons. I look forward to watching more of your content. 😊
Hi Shaun! I was raised in Jax and seen that place change throughout the years. I used to have a lot of friends that worked for JSO and I used to work for JIA in traffic enforcement many years ago. I hope you go for the PPL Shaun. It is by far one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The Cherokee Six is a remarkable family hauler and a great comfortable airplane. Not sure if you have had time to see other videos but I recently also acquired a Turbo Saratoga. Not nearly the same useful load as the Six but I wanted the turbo for the density altitude here in Denver. I hope you keep me up to date with your progress and don’t let that dream slip away my friend. Thanks for sharing and I welcome you to the channel Shaun! Have a great day! 😀
It’s funny how you got your start flying; I did my initial flight training in Jacksonville as well, over at NASJAX flying club, starting in ‘96. The Cherokee Six is beautiful!
Unusual Attitudes, are you kidding me? I totally remember driving over 295 from the southside towards Orange Park and slowing down just to watch the airplanes land over the St Johns River. I did not know they had a flying club. Was the flying club only for Naval or was it also for the public? I also flew into Cecil Field a few times when it was closed and became non-towered. I remember doing three touch and go's in one shot because the 12,503ft runway was so long. I probably could have done one or two more but I did not want to push it LOL. Thank you for the comment and have a great day!

I could have used the tail winds a few days ago on my way back from Dallas LOL. God bless you and thanks for sharing your great thoughts!
Hi Steve! Thanks for sharing your thoughts my friend and I’m glad you are enjoying the videos. I’ve flown the Saratoga all the way to Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky and it is in a different class. Still keeping the Cherokee Six for the moment and probably until my children are grown and doing their own things. The Saratoga, as great as it is, doesn’t have near the same useful load capacity as the Six for the whole family and luggage.

Gteat video essay. Great family values. Great choice of aircraft n for the best reasons! Curios title... If you ever upgrade to a piper Lance ... Dirty Lancing?!
LOL....you had me cracking up with that one. Absolutely not...Dirty Dancing has no connection with aviation. Flying Dirty is my favorite part of the flight because I love the landing portions of the flight which are done in a "Dirty" configuration. i.e., wheels down, flaps, down, etc. This portion of the flight is referred to as "Flying Dirty". But the other reason I chose the name is because of such curiosity that you mentioned. I'll probably have to make a video about that topic because it sounds like a fun one. Take care Lanse and have a great day!

Thanks and great question! I studied every unit and Dynon was the winner for me. I almost went with the G3X but I am glad I did not. One of the bigger reasons was because Garmin did not think much about doing their systems Hybrid. Most people that I know that have the G3X and GTNs have a lot of frustration trying to operate the touchscreen in turbulence. The G3X does have a couple of buttons and knobs but they are not very user friendly. The Dynon is 100% Hybrid, has one touch button for specific pages, the screen is very bright and crisp, the unit is very customizable, (G3X is limited), I also like how the buttons and knobs are slanted out so that you can rest your fingers to make it easier during turbulence, and I can go on and on. I just like that darn unit a lot! 😀
Jonathan, congratulations on your VFR pilot success. I did most of my training on a Piper 28 161 Warrior. I am glad that you enjoyed the video and the info. Thanks for sharing and connecting! Have a great day!
Awesome video. I'm in the same boat as you were. I have most of my time in a Cirrus Sr20/22. Now, I have a family of 5 and would need a 6 seater. I've settled on the Pa32 as well. I'm looking to rent one that's about an hour from home then go from there.
We are 4 now. My oldest has grown to his own place but we still need the useful load given the fact that my other two are growing. But who knows what I’ll get into once the other two also grow out of the house.

Send me an email; cartagenainvestments@gmail.com and I'll make sure to take care of you. Thanks and Happy New Year!
What a wonderful story. I only see one thin that I think your Cherokee needs, and that is a matching panel for the right seat. Reason is that if you ever go up with another pilot it’s going to be a bit awkward for them to see instrument panel from the right seat. I assume you looked into it when you did the panel upgrade and due to cost probably decided not to add the second panel. However when designing the instrument panel you should have added a cut out on the right side and just installed a plug until you decided to add that second full panel. It’s going to be a bit more expensive to cut out an opening for a second panel after the fact. With all that said, I do love what you did with the Cherokee. It’s also cool that an older aircraft still flies as good as when it rolled off the assembly line. In fact it looks better then new. Great that you found an airplane that fits your family and mission that you have set for your airplane. I did subscribe and hope to see more exciting videos of you and your families continuing adventures in the Cherokee.
Perry, Yes, Thanks a bunch and excellent comment. I did put much thought into this so for that same reason I decided to place the Efis D10a slap in the middle for easy view from both seats. That eliminates the co-pilot not being able to see all that is needed. Not to mention, the Ipad feeds of the Internal Avidyne GPS which has an app which is just like having another synthetic vision. That app can also control all of the Avidyne IFD440 including flight plans all. Foreflight also has synthetic vision which can also connect to the internal ADSB and GPS. Bottom-line, a second HDX is really not needed for a co-pilot and I'd personally much rather have the Ipad there. But this is all a matter of personal preference. As for the cost for cutting it, not really...I can cut those in my graphic shop and just let my mechanic have at it if I chose to add another one later. But, at this point the way everything is working out, I doubt that I will. Thanks for tuning in Perry and for your excellent observation!
I bought a Cherokee Six from a friend that lost his medical. He made me a deal that I could not refuse, but I told him that I really did not want a Cherokee Six and would be selling the airplane as soon as I found something better.
Hi Arne, the useful load of the Six is incredible! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for this video sir! I’ve been on the fence about getting my private pilot's license. Seeing how you’re making a lot of memories with your family, it encourages me to take that step to get my pilots license.
My pleasure Armando! Being a private pilot added a life full of adventures and incredible experiences. 😀
Hi Luis, do you have a reputable flight school in El Salvador? Or is your son getting his PPL in the US?
You earned my sub. Great video. What did these upgrades cost you?
Hi buddy, check out my video titled “How much does it cost to own and restore an airplane”. I went into some in-depth specifics on that video about just about everything I had done. Thanks 😊
Well done. Private pilot. 2 kids and a wife that I pray one day can have the same experiences you have given your family. The coolest. Great airplane great video great family. Would love tips and comms with you sir
Thank you Yow for your kind and inspiring words.
I just started following your journey and you've made a great choice for your mission
I have three kids but they're all grown.
I appreciate your comment and I hope you have a great day.
man- this is the american dream in my eyes- you and your family are truly blessed-
i grew up homeless (drug addict parents) been working since i was 14- had 3 jobs in high school and was helping pay the rent for my parents and for bills- joined the military- met and married a tomboy gal that was gorgeous, smart as a whip / college masters, and a relentlessly hard worker ( i have no idea what she sees in me lmao but all my bad luck in life clearly was to balance out that winning lottery ticket of a woman)- between the two of us after 10 years together now weve managed to finally make about 480 a year (not bad for a knucklehead from the streets eh?) i have been for the past few days researching and planning on buying a plane for us- this exact plane is what to get (piper pa-32 cherokee 6) so this video and others like it is encouraging me greatly that this isnt too complicated for someone dumb like me to understand (hopefully lol)
me and my better half are planning to finally have kids now- were praying its not too late for us- but how unreal it would be for my kids to grow up in clouds and not in the gutter like their father did-
you guys are so awesome and what a dream you guys are living and i hope me and my beautiful wife will have too-
Hi Timothy; what an inspiring story!
It's an amazing journey! I hope you've gotten started! I'm getting ready to Solo soon and i'm excited!
Thanks for Sharing your video, I am delighted to hear that your Cherokee six is a cherished member of your family. I am looking forward to seeing more fun videos of your family enjoying your Cherokee six
Hi Mad on Sport! Thanks a lot for the comment and welcome to the channel my friend!
God bless!
@@FlyingDirty check out my Arrow Instagram page @piperarrowpilot it’s my baby haha. We have similar paint colors with the black and gold going on
The Cherokee 6 is one of the most overlooked acft made.

Thanks for this video man. It’s great to hear someone speak plainly about their needs and why they chose a plane, and also that you filmed how you did the upgrades
No problem John! Thanks for letting me know!
Very nicely done. I got my PPL in 1976. I almost bought a Cherokee 6-300 back in 1977.Haven't flown in 30 years.

May your business continue to grow so that you can take us on many more adventures. You mentioned some places I’ve never seen covered by you tube pilots. I’m a lapsed PPL in MA and dying to get back in the left seat. My son begins his training soon.

Awesome radio work from your son ,,,, sure hope all your kids will get the flying bug,,,, God Bless
Thanks Robert! The memories and experiences are incredible my friend.
Nicely done, my friend! Loved watching this. The plane looks amazing and your editing was excellent. Thanks for sharing.

I've also been looking into a 6
Hi Justin! I definitely love the food! Thanks a lot!
Working on my license right now and thinking that maybe the 6 would be the plane for my family as well. Great channel and keep it up
I wish you the best in getting that license! Don't lose focus. You and your family will treasure those moments. I think the Six is a great platform. Although, I am looking for something with a little more speed for those business trips when I travel alone. Thanks and keep me posted on your progress!
Lovely experience, hope to do the same one day , wish you and your family the best 🎉
Thanks Gerald! Keep your focus and you’ll get there.

Hi Brian! Thanks for sharing your thoughts 😀. I could see it being very possible to load a piano in the Cherokee Six as long as the pilot is careful about staying within the CG limits.
I'm assuming you make your own beats. This beat is fire. Any videos of you making beats?
Hi Boom! I've really been thinking about doing a channel with me making the beats. Thanks for the comment and for letting me know that you like it.
Great video amigo. I love how informative your videos are and how much information you’re willing to share about airplane ownership.
Thanks Steve! I wished I had a video of sort when I was looking so as a result I want to help others as much as I possibly can. Have a great day amigo!
This is the true blessing (and financial curse lol) of owning an airplane - it definitely embodies living life with a passion! Fly safe
Isaac, Thanks for your wonderful comment. Very well stated! Aviation is definitely a passion and it is a blessing to be able to share my passion with others. It also can be a financial curse very quickly if things get out of control. Thanks again and God bless you!
Not much different than a boat.... Haha...
Nice vid. Well done! Cherokee Six is a great airplane!
Thanks for stopping by and for the comment ATP Mark. Have a great day!
Really enjoyed the video. My late father had a Cherokee 6 back in the 1970's.
terryzx6, thanks for sharing and for connecting. I am pretty sure your father left you with some great memories in the Cherokee Six! It is a great machine! God bless you and have a great day!
Just found your channel, and glad I did!!! GA defiantly makes the world a smaller place. Thanks for sharing!
Good morning Chuck, I totally agree with you and I want to contribute as best as I possibly can to promote our General Aviation Freedoms. I am truly excited that you have found my channel and I hope to grow along with all of you together as a family of General Aviation Fanatics. One thing I really love about General Aviation is that the community is very close and tight. Thanks for the comment Chuck, you all make me feel very connected and inspired!
Great video I just love what you did to the airplane super beautiful colors and that avionics is great I'm still a student pilot but plan to buy an airplane in the next couple of years
Go for it Mike! Getting my PPL was one of the best things I've ever done in my life. It opens up a world full of adventure. Please keep your dreams and make them come true. Thanks for sharing your comment and I wish you the very best in accomplishing your mission! Have a great New Year Mike!
@@FlyingDirty thank you and yes I will continue my journey in learning to fly I've only got 11.6 hours right now and had to fire my CFI he just was always angry and made it extremely difficult for me to concentrate on what I was doing it got to the point where I was afraid to make a mistake if you understand that concept anyways you two have a wonderful safe New year I'll be back to my flight lessons on Saturday the 2nd yay God I would also like to say I'm 63 years old but healthy enough to get a third class medical and then went to basic med getting ready to take my FAA written test one day at a time you're never too old
Great video,Beautiful airplane may I ask why you went with the Dynon?
@@FlyingDirty many thanks for the reply.
@@AB-jm3iu my pleasure 😀
Excellent video. Currently, I’m a newer vfr pilot in a pa-28 180. I enjoyed the video and the aircraft info.
Thank you for the content. I’ve enrolled my eldest son in flight training and I will soon follow…
That is pretty awesome 😎. By far, one of the best things I’ve ever done! Best wishes to you both. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Super, thanks for sharing amigo! Beautiful video.. well done, safe flights!
Thanks a lot Noel! It is amazing to be able to share my passion with incredible individuals such as yourself! Thank you and God bless you Noel!
Love your videos! We should do a meet up! I’m KAPA based too
I hope we could do that one of these days Daniel!
Love your channel. Awesome videos. Do you have any suggestions on how to start searching for plane? I am looking to purchase one in a year.
Thanks a lot and I appreciate the comment. I remember searching Trade-A-Plane, controller, and barnstormers. I picked a few that I liked and went to see them. Once I found the one I liked I had a pre-buy inspection. Just take your time and don't rush it! Best wishes and keep me posted on your search!
@@FlyingDirty thanks for the information.
@@syedkazmi2607 my pleasure! Let me know if you have any other questions.
That's a beautiful airplane! Nicely done, congrats!
Thank you very much WFlyer 79.
I love it man. I just bought into a pa-32-300 and I love her so much! Thank You for sharing
You are very welcome MaDronePilot! The Pa32-300 is a nice machine. Thanks for stopping by and dropping a comment! Stay in touch and have a blessed day!

Muchas gracias Jorge. Mantente en contacto y avísame de las clases de piloto. Dios te bendiga hermano!
Love the design on your t-shirt. Are they available for purchase?
Hello there flordian, I have had several requests so I am thinking about putting up a website to have them available. But since you asked you can certainly get your hands on one of shirts first.
