*UPDATE* I was able to re-install Adrenaline software without stuttering. It seems the root cause was AMD fTPM while having SAM (smart access memory) enabled. After disabling fTPM and enabling SAM my games and programs are now buttery smooth while being able to use Adrenaline software!
Excuse-me, but is this just for AMD processors? (I use an intel processor and an AMD Graphic card (ASrock RX 6750 XT). Currently I find my stutterings are due to bottleneck (i4770 from 2013), but anyways trying to find alternatives...because even hearthstone (card game) is stuttering with it, in the meanwhile while I downgraded to my old GTX 770 the whole pc is hella smooth.
i went through around 30 guides before this. absolutely NONE OF THEM fixed my shuttering problems. one of them actually made it worse so i had to revert the changes. when i found this guide, i thought it would be the same, but it actually worked! turns out i was using a driver version that was unsupported by my graphics card, so i downgraded and it boosted my fps and fix my stuttering problems. thank you! 🎉

Same here, just got my 7600 and was wondering why the FPS is so bad for what the GPU is. Hopefully that fixed it for good, i don’t like the amd software anyway. 💙🙏🏻😊
I have 6900xt and it was driving me crazy. I was experiencing this issue on some games and i was unable to play Jedi Survivor. I did all the steps and now its buttery smooth thank god and thank you man!
So after all I uninstalled the Adrenaline software too for 7900 XTX. Than installed the drivers only and it got rid pretty much of all the micro stuttering that I experienced. And recording in OBS looks now buttery smooth. This video really is a life saver! Edit: I also use a 60 fps frame cap from Riva Tuner. This is for now the best I can do. But with that the stutter is now less than 2% in FrameCapX

Great details on a fix! I found just doing a DDU Uninstaller (2 times) fully cleared out all my configs which windows automatically installs and helped me out. Had a few studders with my 6700xt, but after getting the 7900xt i need adrenaline to adjust the fan curve. No studders, no issues. buttery smooth. Have you tried using DDU in safe mode. (run it again in safe mode after boot,)then do a full install of amd adrenaline. Id be curious if you can get it to run as intended. Bumping up your Ram to 32GB is almost a must now too.
Hmm I didn’t try DDU yet but will tonight and reinstall adrenaline software to see if that fixes it. I’ll let you know if it does. Also I won’t be running any triple A games on this machine so the 32GB of ram isn’t really needed for me. I have my ps5 for those types of games
Alright so I DDU my drivers and install the software and it actually worked. However when I turned on smart access memory the issue came back. So I had to disable tpm and after that the stuttering issue completely went away. So I guess it was that all along.
@@FilledWithChi11 yea I have tpm disabled as well. I’ll have to try turning it on and see if anything happens. I do plan on doing a fresh win 11 install to shift from win 10 in the near future. But if your sticking with 10. Keep that tpm off IMO.

bro, I also bought this card recently, but the way to install only the driver did not help me. I don't know what to do, I think he can return the card under warranty
Amd have problems with efficiency. Driver has a lot energy save things. Its mite be a cause. Actually when u have other process working during the game. Load game frome other launcher. Or something. U have really good fps time. Why? Any single games use gpu on 99%. Online lice cs cod use more cpu. So gpu use this for the rest. This is how work new gpu. My old 460 load always 99% on every games. 6650xt is not. Vsinc off. Stutter may cause bad ram. Non xmp on. Actually i recommend not use xmp. Copy xmp settings manually and save. Unlock processor power limit.
Just try the first step. Turning off Firmware Trusted Platform Module would disable update for windows 11 if you are on it. Its required for windows 11. If you want to disable it, it is in the BIOS settings.

Try to undervolt your processor with Ryzen Master, there's a tutorial in UA-cam on how to do that, that prevents your CPU from being at 99% the whole time, Also what worked for me was installing Adrenalin Pro instead of regular adrenalin, but if you don't have bad fps the whole time don't change the Drivers. Check the task Manager to see the performance of your processor while playing games and see if it's regularly at 95%, try the undervolt and if it's not working reverse the changes.
I bought rx 6700xt as an upgrade to my rtx 2060, but unfortunatley i had to return it. Sutter, poor performance in comparison to 2060 and drivers were driving me insane.. Some games like Destiny 2 were unplayable because of sttuter, in Cyberpunk i got maybe 10 gps more, constant lagging.. then i went online to find solution and noticed that many people have the same proplems, not only with 6700xt but in general with amd cards..
@@crazycoastie I’m using windows 11 actually the fTPM was definitely the issue it was immediately noticeable and it also fixed the random green/blue flickers I was having.
@@FilledWithChi11how were you able to disable tpm in win 11? Or did you just switch from ftpm to the sti tpm I think it's called?
This is awesome.
I fix all the problem with my 6800xt. Now the game super butterfly smoooothhhhh
Thank you so much I even bought a new gpu went form the 6650xt to 7600xt tryna fix it thinking I was bottle necking my 7800x3d maybe but nun worked but this!!
I have an AMD CPU and an NVIDIA GPU on my laptop, which means I have both AMD and NVIDIA drivers, so by using the DDU to delete the AMD driver, it will just delete everything related to AMD, right?
that should be the case yeah

Is this applicable for laptops as well??? I have a 2 month old Asus TUF A16 Advantage Edition and gahd dayyum it has a lot of problems, I always get black screens and the whole windows freezes a few seconds after turning it on OR whenever I plug in an external monitor. It also happens when I open/close applications even with One Note or just Microsoft Word. Its super annoying please help me what should I do...
thanks this video really helping me fix it.. im frustrated for 1 month because of amd graphic card
Thank u so much. Agree it's work!!! I have an asus rx 6600. And way much better even in very high settings 👌 thank you!!!
works, on some games stuttering was so bad you couldnt even play the game, when i reinstalled but without the adrenalin software everything works perfect
Do you advise uninstalling adrenaline for the better? I’m having stuttering issues with my 6700xt which should not be.
Just bought a 7700 xt and it felt like stuttering a bit so I searched for a possible solution and this worked perfectly. Im enjoying the amd software but I prefer better game performance. Maybe I’ll give it a try again in a few months
bro, I also bought this card recently, but the way to install only the driver did not help me. I don't know what to do, I think he can return the card under warranty
Thanks man and yeah mine is doing the same thing all these colored pixels on my screen so I’m uninstalling now
My problem didn’t fully fix but I doubt it’s because of this, HOWEVER I did get a lot better fps loading speed! Thanks dude ❤
i get 180 frames avg but even after this my 1% lows hit 10-30 frames im switching to nvidia amds too annoying
real
Thank you my friend, it worked❤❤
TPM and SAM enabled removed Adrenaline software.... no more shuttering "Fixed" Ty sir.
Bro is this works in msi bravo 15 b7e (ryzen 5 7000 series with rx 6550m laptop?
Just try the first step. Turning off Firmware Trusted Platform Module would disable update for windows 11 if you are on it. Its required for windows 11. If you want to disable it, it is in the BIOS settings.
Ye I thought so.... I am with windows 11 too... So maybe use driver only or minimal installation would be good... I hope so. Btw does AMD recording software still be there when use minimal installation?
I am still capped at 8fps on every game... Any solutions?
Install Adrenalin pro and if you have a Ryzen 5 do an Undervolt, that prevents it from being at 99% at every damn time
Thank You I will try it tomorrow when I get to work.
Will try this when I get back. I have an Rx 6700. Recently I started getting fps drops/stuttering. There’s a buzzing sound consistent with fps drop/stuttering. I’m hoping this helps, I don’t know what else to do. It just keeps buzzing, is my gpu cooked? Thx
Same gpu same problems how this fixed?

you cant, thats the point, it just installs the neccessary drivers without the software

@@Naiguitimere ik im a month late but how did it go?
Try to undervolt your processor with Ryzen Master, there's a tutorial in UA-cam on how to do that, that prevents your CPU from being at 99% the whole time,
Also what worked for me was installing Adrenalin Pro instead of regular adrenalin, but if you don't have bad fps the whole time don't change the Drivers.
Check the task Manager to see the performance of your processor while playing games and see if it's regularly at 95%, try the undervolt and if it's not working reverse the changes.
could this work on gaming laptops b4 doing so.
There is a reason why nvidia is more expensive.
Am gonna stick to my rtx 2060 and wait for 3070 price drop..
yeah bro same thing for me but for me it was 1660 ti this shit is hot fucking trash games look like dogshit blurry ext
