Once i started the process, they transferred my account to the new domain (outlook) and terminated my original account (live). But i can’t access it because they’re sending the verification code to the old terminated account. It’s a messed up mistake by them, i contacted the customer support many times but they’re refusing to let me access my account. L Microsoft.

I’m pretty sure you have to use the same Xbox account with the same Microsoft rewards thing. You might be able to use a different email and gift the $10 in rewards but i can’t be for certain

@@Awesome-21 That is something i don’t know tbh but i’ve had plenty of people talk to me about it not working in their country. So you might just have to change it by paying for it or risk it using the VPN
unfortunately you will likely have to pay to change it but you can possibly try a VPN. I’m not sure if doing that would fix it but it may be worth a shot
More simple way: 1. Log out. 2. Make new acc with ur email (If it says u already have an acc, make an new one) 3. When u made it, enter ur new nametag and profile 4. Add every friend u had and transport ur world's 5. Enjoy

What games specifically? Because some games (cross platform games) have their own gamer tags in game and can be different than your Xbox gamer tag
