Just found this video after getting my own screen. Immediately spotted a big difference in packaging, my rails are all in foam, individually separated and plastic wrapped. Perhaps Epson has revised he packaging in the past year. I think I'll also assemble my silver frame first, then lay down the screen and put the completed frame on top.

Are you going to an episode about calibration on the projector and room correction with Dirac? My local home cinema shop claimed the LS800 loses a ton of brightness after calibration - much more so than the triple laser competition.
They may have messed up the calibration. Have them check the HDR settings on the epson ls800. I did find that if you adjust hdr to high it will totally black out hdr. We have a full episode on set up and alignment coming soon
Dirac live calibration coming soon as well!
Will an interactive projector, like epson 585wi work with this?

Have you guys done any theater projects with micro led panels?
Not yet! We know how it’s done and will be marketing it on the channel this year now that the price is coming down a little but it’s still really expensive. We have it in a couple new construction builds that will be done in about a year or two but these type of projects take time. We are excited for the first one though and will definitely put it in the channel. Our solution is Quantum media system display and Meyer audio for audio. If you want to learn more call and speak with Kellen as he is very educated on the proper way to design the system and can even set up a demo in California for you.
@@Dreamediaav we are stuck on the fence right now between projection and a led wall. I’ll reach out in the near future. Right now we have an Atmos theater with SVS, Pioneer Elite and Samsung. We want to upgrade and build out a theater. We might do an addition and put that in the build so we could probably use your services.

Normal screen also working for laser tv? Or have to buy specific screens for laser tv??
compared to elte screens, would you recommend the silverflex? pros and cons? what is the gain of the epson?

What about light control. The room i very bright.
This room has Screen Innovations Motorized Nano blackout shades! The unit performs pretty well even with the 15’ windows. In upcoming episodes we will show it with no light, partial light and full light in a demo
one question, I have a similar screen to yours. I wonder if you have experience that you tore the holes at the cornor and you cannot hang some hooks on. mine lost some holes so I cannot hang some hook in so there are a lil bit of wrinkles on the screen. I tried to make holes but it seems like it is plastic so kinda hard to make a hole. did it happne to you? and if it did, how did you solve the problem? I just want to make the screen 100% flat in any ways
If that corner holes are torn that can make installation extremely difficult. I would recommend contacting the screen manufacturer for a replacement fabric or you may continue to struggle with the wrinkles. Sorry to hear about that. Thanks for watching and we appreciate your support.
