I bought a couple of the zip lock bag holders for me and my mom...we both LOVE them! They are an amazing little helper when you're trying to bag up soups or leftovers and need someone to hold the bag open!
My husband and I adore the Always pan. We use it almost every day. It washes and cleans up so easily. And your food cooks so evenly. Definitely worth the money. I paid $80 for mine when it was on sale, probably at least two years ago.
Some of these products seem to be cheaper, worse versions of something your average Home Depot salesperson could set you up with for only slightly more money. The "no set up/removable" stuff is appealing for people like me - renters who move a lot who never took home ec or shop - but they are relying on people not having even a passing knowledge of how this stuff is "supposed" to work. After my entire adult lifetime of using Command hooks, for instance, I was astonished to realize that a picture hanger hook and nail are wayyy cheaper, sturdier, and often actually leave LESS damage to walls (due to no paint getting peeled away). Sometimes I feel like the "gimmick" is that people don't know a product already exists...
If you're hanging a picture that never moves, traditional metal and nail hangers are best. For hooks that are regularly jiggled, a nail hanger will loosen drywall and gradually open the hole larger(keys, coats, umbrella, etc) The command strips seen to work best on textured, semi gloss painted walls.
It's great to have a comparison of products that can withstand a test of time like that. And those that can't even pass the first testing. Those that survive a year can really be considered worthwhile.
Thanks to this channel I now own and love 2 Purple Harmony pillows, a Purple original mattress, a Ninja Foodi grill and the Ninja Foodi Creami, the Bed Jet, the Bed Bath & Beyond Sponge Rug and probably more I just don't recall at the moment. Thanks James!!!!
I have the bionic spotlight, I didn't read all the instructions. Therefore I left my light outside all winter long, and I live in Michigan. It's been snowed on and it still works.
Funny to see the reflection of your camera and tripod in your sunglasses. Do love these reviews, you saved me money, so I gotta appreciate you for that.
I don't think you need to worry about winter for those solar lights unless you are living in a place that actually gets snow and some very cold temperatures.
that's , as funny as it is, isnt the main reason why they said that. The main reason is because in some regions where winter is long and "hard", such as mine (i live in France, just near the swiss frontier in the mountain), the winter period isn't great for this, becaue day time is shorter and night time is longuer, so you get less reload/charge for a longuer duration. Adding to that that in most of winter's day, the sky is vry covered and dark, so the solar panel isn't that great working. that's the main reason. obviously for someone who live near Las Vegas, they are absolutly no reason to take it off as i m pretty sure the hardest winter in there is quite like my mid summer here XD the cold didn't really affter solar panel (my neighbor have some on their roof), they are pretty sturdy and the plastic and others parts, including electronics, wont be affected either if they aren't in direct contact. And that shouldn't be a problem as this is waterproof anyway.
alos just to add... temperature here can go down from -25 to -30°C for all winter time with strong wind. We dont have much snow, only when it's more calm between 0°C to -5°C, otherwise it's just straigth up cold. record around here is -36,7°C on a city not too far. summer record also reach peak btw, Heat waves all along... XD a crazy place to live, and a perfect place for breaking stuff naturally with weather changes.
He also did that test. And while it did keep the beer colder. It was almost an unnoticeable amount. Only 4 degrees F difference over an hour of standing out
I bought the bionic spotlight last fall. I use it outside for walking from my car to the house so it is only on for a minute at most meaning I have no qualms about the battery life. I was worried about the cold , though, but it is still working fine despite it going down to well below -40 many times.
I have the Purple Harmony pillow myself, and absolutely love it. It's probably the only pillow that I've ever owned that I've been able to get a decent night's sleep on.
Already have forgotten what they're called, but I love the adjustable baggie clips! I've had mine for about 5 or 6 years and they still work every time!
Most decent ceramic-coated pan is just as good as the Always pan. Btw, it dips down at the edges- it's not fully flat so cooking sauces and liquid is uneven.
14:40 I've been using my pillow cube for a couple of years now. I've got a bulging disc in my neck, and I'm a side sleeper, so it's actually helped me out a lot with neck pain. I will say that I have very broad shoulders, so I may get more neck bending in the night than most people when I sleep on my side and as such I have the thickest Pillow Cube they offer (6", i think. and I got the wider one), but for me it's been the perfect solution for me and has helped a ton with my neck pain. It definitely isn't for back sleepers and it might not be great for every side sleeper, but it was the ideal solution for me
I found the pillow cube through online advertisements. I have neck issues and after using the pillow cube it helps a lot. I have the smaller one shown in this video and the larger one that is longer. They're definitely comfortable but only good for side sleeping.
Whenever I see any late night commercials for new As Seen On TV products, I usually check James' channel to see if he's reviewed them before I consider buying it. Not sorry.
Love this year later product reviews. At least I would know the items after 1 year used and weather it really needed and used. Looking forward to more videos like these on other items.
😂😂🤣"ICE CASUALTIES" He is so calm and cool about everything.. I would have been cursing like a BANSHEE, by now! 😂 He is so perfect for these product reviews! 😁👍🏻
A cheap at home hack for the chill-o-matic, you can get a paper towel wet, wrap it around the can and put it in the freezer for up to 5 minutes. It works really well.
No. 316, the multicharger...makes me think of that fishing boat that caught fire and killed most of the people on board. They were using multichargers that overheated.
I love the bag holder! I use zipping bags all the time and the holder makes it possible. Also, we got the ALDI version of the drier/trivet/cooling rack. While it doesn't expand, it is still very useful.
Best use for the "Magic Tap": Milk Dispenser in the Fridge, Put the "Magic Tap" into a Cannister of Milk and put it in the Holder of the Fridge-Door, wait till Milk is chilled, Use the Tap with a Bowl of Cereals / Porridge .... should be build-in in a Fridge / Freezer Combo instead of dumb ice-crushers
I have a rolling rack that doesn't expand but is silicone coated. I've used it daily for years to both give me a space to put something down over a sink (like a hot pot) and as a extra space to dry mugs and bowls. Got on Amazon several years ago.
I love your videos, have much respect for you, you go great in detail and attention, being informative, and making it enjoyable and fun(entertaining) to watch.
The Always Pan seemed like a good idea when I first saw it, but I was put off by the fact that you shouldn’t go above medium heat and it’s not supposed to go in the oven. I bought the Calphalon space saver set in stainless steel and all of them *can* go in the oven. As for that solar light, I wouldn’t be able to use it either. My house also faces north and I’m in Minnesota. If I couldn’t have it up in winter weather (as opposed to “calendar winter”) it would be useless for 6 months anyway. What would be the point?
You always make me laugh. You also save me money. Love your reviews and updates. Have you done a review on a 3 way light for like in a garage? I don't know the name of it but I have seen it and I'm thinking I really want to get one. Have a great whatever until your next video. 😊🤗
I watched your original pillow review. I had just bought a cube, and I did like it. My review one year later is, I do still like it, but I don’t use it every day, only sometimes. 2. Because it doesn’t “keep you cool” like any other pillow says they do. But number one hands down, is their fabric for the cases. They’re rough to the face. I hate them. I’ve tried a regular case, but then The extra fabric is bothersome. The support is great if you like hard pillows.
Pairing a proper Victorinox or Leatherman multitool with some different EDC (everyday carry) items seems like a way better solution than the tactical pen. Some Victorinox SAK's (Swiss Army Knives) even have a pen and LED light built in. My EDC flashlight of choice is the Wowtac A7 (Neutral White LED version). My EDC pen collection includes a full stainless Parker Jotter (gel refill), Tombow Airpress (proprietary refill), Fisher Bullet Space Pen (Fisher PR4 refill), and Bastion (blue) Aluminum Bolt Action Pen (Parker Jotter ballpoint refill).
If you need to chill a can quickly just take a paper towel and wet it. Wring it out a bit then wrap it around the can. Put in the freezer and give it about 10 minutes.

In my opinion, the best ice cube makers are the simple silicone trays. They simple, cheap and easy to remove the ice
I bought a really cheap on from our target and it still imparts a silicone taste to the ice cubes.
@@attomicchicken don't you have to boil it first to get that silicone taste out?

I really like these year later compilations. No matter how well something works in testing, if it isn't used it isn't worth buying.
Your Always Pan has held up way better than others I have seen this much later! Such a trendy pan but it seems to be much more for just looks
It's a trendy pos. No serious home cook would be caught dead with this pan. Get all clad or cast iron.
