I used to put this kiddie pool on my deck in the warmer months with the intention of my dogs using it to cool off but it basically ended up being seen as a giant water bowl. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ but I've got videos on my phone of my 100lb dog standing with his front paws on the railing and his swapping his weight back and forth on his back paws like an excited little kid as the pool is being sprayed out and cleaned to be refilled! It's freakin' adorable! 😍 but he also LOVES water and the hose is a fave for him too! He'll chase the stream and bite the water the same way as Bailey for as long as you'll let him! 😂😂 I tried setting up one of those back-and-forth lawn-watering sprinklers but after just a couple chases of the streams, he figured out he could just stand over it and bite the constant streams. 🤦🏻♀️😂 what can I say: he's a smart guy! 😜😊
I have the can opener that you squeeze with just one hand. It's ideal for me because I can't use my left hand properly, so a one handed one is perfect. I've been using it for about 3 years now.
Just a note about the egg cracker - and in fact, many "novelty" products that end up As Seen on TV. Imagine wanting scrambled eggs, but not having the ability to stand there with a fork and whisk them up? Just use a gadget that does it for you, in the shell! Unfortunately James, you are right for the benefit of those who don't know. Ronco went defunct back in 2018 not too long ago, and that to me is just sad. Thanks for the info on that, and thanks for the update on these products
mtiller2006 the first RONCO product I remember was the Veg-o-Matic and the Pocket Fisherman. "Makes the Perfect Gift" was a trademark of Ron Popiel and Co. Malcolm Gladwell wrote a chapter of his book Outliers (it may have been What the Dog Saw) about Ron Popiel. He actually used that spray on hair daily...he had the thinning type of hair that it worked well on. He worked for years on that Rotisserie to get it just right. My friend had one and loved it. Re the laundry lint traps: I bought 3 of these several years ago. I agree, they do not work when used as directed. I have a very old washing machine that I bought used. The filter system on it malfunctions and more than a few of my nice knit blouses were ruined. I began using these opened filters and scoop the top 2 to 3 inches of water throughout the whole wash and rinse cycles. I pull out at least 1/4 cup of lint. I do not have a dryer and am without that option. For my purposes these lint traps are a blessing for me and my clothes are coming out in wearable condition.
Run the ice cream scoops under warm running water each time before you scoop and it will change your life. There is a "tactical" pizza cutter with a "laser". It doesn't cut the pizza, duh lol, but it shines a red beam ahead of the cutter.
Or leave the ice cream out a few minutes before scooping from it, like a normal person would do. I like James' content, and reviews, but I'm pretty sure he took those straight from the freezer, and started scooping. That's what it looks like, at least.
I bought the kitchen aid ice cream scoop based on your review and am totally pleased with it. Was on sale at Walmart so got for $5. Couldn’t beat the price...
Hunter Henryk: Yeah, you’re more likely to catch it from your pet reptile, than from store-bought eggs. Of course, very young, old, or immune compromised people must avoid undercooked eggs!

I'm very left handed and I have so much trouble with can openers. I have a Kitchen Aid and a Farberware and a Dollar Tree. Plus others over the years. And electric can opener that I can't even get to attach to the can. I had a battery operated one that I remembered actually worked pretty good. My Kitchen Aid opener works occasionally for me but other times it just doesn't want to work. Won't let me even attach it to the can. I am very interested in Scissa pizza cutter. I’m a lefty too, I find the can openers that sit on top of the can so much easier to use than the ones that attach on the side. The one I have is made by starfrit
Honestly, how many of you actually clean the top of your canned food before opening it? For those of you that don'y clean them, and you use the regular openers (4:254:49 that let the cut lid fall inside the can), you might now have contaminated food. That is why the side cutting smooth openers are much better... they don't allow the cut lid to fall inside the can. 5:08
I definitely do. I peel off the label and wash the can with hot soapy water and then rinse it. I'm kind of a germaphobe. I also put a magnet (that I have made sure is clean) on top of the can and don't crank the opener all the way to the end, but I leave a little bit of the top connected to the rest of the can so I can lift it up and pour the contents of the can out. That way I don't have to try to dig the top out of the can.
Holy crap! At 14:42 I saw sparks coming off the weight (I'm guessing that's what was dropped on the shoe?) when it started to hit the floor! Idk if it was just static electricity the plastic coating or the shoe's materials, either the fabric/nylon or the metal innards, but it was definitely unexpected!
You should wet your ice cream scoop. I have one scoop (spoon type) for a bowl of ice cream and one (ball type) for ice cream cones and while both work dry both work far better when wet.
The metal hoses are awesome. As far as the expanding hoses go, if I have to baby a hose that much... I'd rather have a cheap ol' rubber hose. Those last forever also. IF you keep em inside and drain em after every use.
You should have worn a pair of shoes for a year. The outdoor test would probably have worked if you lived somewhere that gets a bit of all the seasons like snow and more rain. Also, you could have placed a pair of cheap regular shoes with them just to see how good they held up outdoor for a year, even though due to the climate your in would probably still have the same results.
Interesting, even though Ronco did go out of business, their brand lives on and the company that bought their name and assets are still selling the rotisserie, pocket fisherman, and a few other things.
As someone who's footsteps so strong I can grind the sole of my shoes until they have hole, I don't think I can trust companies who claim that they make "indestructible" shoes
Protipp: scrambled eggs get much better if you crack them into the hot pan with a bit of butter and wait for a second for it to start to solidify for a moment and then scramble it with a fork in the pan. Less things made dirty, less devices used, better-scrambled egg.
I bought Dad the EZ Cracker when developed hhand tremors. He did not want to give up making his breakfast, so he used that for about a year. The first few attempts were... interesting!
Thank you so much for uploading! For some reason I was so jaded when I watched it. I was just outside, in the dead of canadian winter, and you have no snow, plus it seem very hot over there! 😂😂😂 Keep up these video's! I and many others look forward to them.
As one who lives in Alabama, I'll trade you ^_^ I miss snow from when I lived in Alaska. Never driven in it though as I was a child in those years, so that would be a new challenge. But snow in and of itself is awesome :)
easiest way to scramble eggs, crack them in the pan, then pour the milk in, and whip them in the pan with a silicone tool. Saves dishes too. That thing is so redundant haha.
With can openers or ice cream scoops that automatically empty, I hate that plastic gears or plastic twist knobs are used. They’re not built to last, and I’ve had both break. As far as regular ice cream scoops, you just have to beware of thin metal that might cause the scoop to bend.
Freakin' Reviews try it in the Copper egg double decker cooker. Love that thing. Haven't eaten so many eggs in my life...used to throw away 11 all the time after using one for a meatloaf or a cake.
The last two egg crackers are made for eggs like 3 minute eggs. You use those to make a clean beak in the shell so you are not picking shell out of your egg.
I’m a thrift store shopper and I am amazed at how many of the products you reviewed end up there. I think the worst gadget I found was from Temu. It is a window washer that is suppose to wash both sides of the window at once. It has powerful magnetic which keeps the sides on the window. Which keeps thing together but you need someone to attach the outside part together on the window. A problem if you have a two story house and no access to the outside, It also has a reservoir for soap which drips out and a string robe to pull it. The biggest problem was that the magnet is way too strong and can easily break the window. And is selling for around $80. Terrible product.
Why did you not include swing-a-way can opener. To me, they are the standard against which others should be measured. ETA: and Zeroll for ice cream scoops.
Hey James, there's a new ice cube maker out there that you need to review, it's called the Ice Wizard, anything's would be better than the Ice Jenie. Still waiting for you and Bailey to review some dog toys

Not really too sure why people dislike his videos? Maybe because he wore the same shirt in 2of his reviews? 🤣 Good job! Keep on reviewing. Enjoy your honest reviews on every product!
The lint catchers DO work. But they're made more for manual washers - not our western automatic ones. If you ever review a manual washing machie - try them in it.
That should be stated in the advertising then as otherwise it's misleading and your product is going to get a lot of negative reviews. Don't advertise something as being good for all washers when it's not.
@@BewareTheLilyOfTheValley Some do say it. Just randomly picked one on Amazon: "The netting is large enough to contain and catch substantial amount of furry pet’s hair such as dogs, cats etc. It’s a great addition to smaller or mini portable washing machines ‘s limited hair filter bag." Also, read the comments. Lots of mentions on how good they are in manual washers.
I would have to say this, the can openers could be used on top of the can which is the right way to use them, I was doing it the way you use them on this video and I thought they were not good, and if you use them the right way even the dollar store can openers work just fine Tha same with the ice cream scoopers, pour some water on a cup, or leave the faucet open while scooping ice-cream and voila! Nothing will stick to the scoop! And of course there's better scoop than others but I would not pay over 10 bucks for an ice cream scoop, that's just my opinion. By the way my wife and I love your videos! Cheers mate!
I work for an optometrist and I have zero idea how you would even go about making a set of readers that "auto adjust" the shape and thickness of the lense determines the power, unless they worked like a progressive where they have the lower power on the top and higher on the bottom, but thats not an auto adjust either. Vision is so subjective that unless it was wired into your brain it couldn't possibly auto adjust to your vision needs. Its an expensive pair of cheaters.
All can openers can open a can from the side. It's just that certain types of cans are better opened from the top so you can drain the liquid like in tuna...

I also put a magnet (that I have made sure is clean) on top of the can and don't crank the opener all the way to the end, but I leave a little bit of the top connected to the rest of the can so I can lift it up and pour the contents of the can out.
That way I don't have to try to dig the top out of the can.
That’s y you cut sideways instead of vertical that’s what the magnets for then it don’t fall into the food!
Wow, UA-cam sure gave me this early. Nice
Welcome to the early showing!
Oh my gosh! Those hoses looked too much like snakes for my tired brain...
So glad i found your channel, much love from a fan in Denmark
I’ve been watching your videos for months and just realized I wasn’t subscribed. I have remedied the situation.
He'd have needed to get two pairs of each though, considering the destructive tests he did in the original review.
the reason the egg scrambler is a great idea is because cleaning a wisk is basically sa·do·mas·o·chism
I can never get the whites to mix well when making french toast, I'd use the old Ronco egg scrambler. Lol
I use a hand blender you just need a bowl the right size
My fork works fine!
You should’ve left a regular shoe along with the indestructible ones... then you’d have something to compare them with
Btw, love your reviews!
If you put the ice cream scoop in hot water before using it make the job easier....no matter what scooper you use.
Interesting, even though Ronco did go out of business, their brand lives on and the company that bought their name and assets are still selling the rotisserie, pocket fisherman, and a few other things.
Haha, we have 2 different pizza cutters in the kitchen, but my go-to solution has always been a totally ordinary pair of kitchen scissors :)
As someone who's footsteps so strong I can grind the sole of my shoes until they have hole, I don't think I can trust companies who claim that they make "indestructible" shoes
Those Kitchen Aid can openers are the best. TJMaxx/Marshalls usually has them, or at least they used to.
Great stuff!! Love these types of videos too! Super helpful . Tyfs!!
Are you going to review Flex Paste? Great video, love the updates.
Glad that hose passed the Lab tests, 10/10
Ever since I could remember my grandma always bragged about her “superior Kitchen Aid” appliances. Now I see why
Christopher Pasta: My late Mum was a big fan, since the 60’s.
your camera work is amazing man! It is one of the main reasons I watch your videos. Keep it up bro
Such a legend , you work pretty hard for your videos and reviews ..
thanks a lot sir !
That review graveyard is getting bigger by the day
Those expandable hoses are good for the first use or two and then before you know it they break. They claim it won't tear but it does very easily.
I still use my little gizmo can opener!
With can openers or ice cream scoops that automatically empty, I hate that plastic gears or plastic twist knobs are used. They’re not built to last, and I’ve had both break. As far as regular ice cream scoops, you just have to beware of thin metal that might cause the scoop to bend.
I think you should add bloopers at the end of your videos
5:00 StarFrit is my go to can opener brand. Little Beaver .. you can normally find it around $12 bucks
I feel like the egg scrambler would only be useful for doing unique hard boiled eggs.
That would be pretty unique.
Check out Egglettes. I've been having a lot of fun using those. And my local Dollar Tree has the set of four for $1.
Freakin' Reviews try it in the Copper egg double decker cooker. Love that thing. Haven't eaten so many eggs in my life...used to throw away 11 all the time after using one for a meatloaf or a cake.
I swear, buying reading glasses off a TV ad is the most american thing ever.
I value your opinions. I enjoy your show. And I trust you. Still sleeping on my purple and loving it thank you
Purple not profile
How funny. James owns a Bair Hugger (the bed thingy).
My silver bullet hose is holding up quite well👍
Infringing link? Wtf
Legally that’s not possible. Literally anyone can type the link in, it’s not illegal to have a link on a page.
Teat Uvex or Heckel shoes and equipment. They have ones that are good for everyday activities such as hiking. And a compelling design in my opinion. Not sure about availability in US though. But I'm sure a satisfied customer here in Europe.
Please be sure to indicate in video(s), any products sent your way, for free. As both a long time viewer AND consumer, your compliance to those requirements would be grrrreatly appreciated. :) As always, thanks for all you continue to do here.. Take care & be well. #FTC #TeamUA-cam
Not really too sure why people dislike his videos? Maybe because he wore the same shirt in 2of his reviews? 🤣
Good job!
Just randomly picked one on Amazon:
"The netting is large enough to contain and catch substantial amount of furry pet’s hair such as dogs, cats etc. It’s a great addition to smaller or mini portable washing machines ‘s limited hair filter bag."
Also, read the comments. Lots of mentions on how good they are in manual washers.
I pitty the fool whom, with two fully working arms- or even one for that matter, needs a gadget to crack an egg.
Haha, you know you can't operate a hose with a pupper around unless you are prepared to share lol.
.... I'm actually jealous of how much water your washing machine actually puts into the machine at once.... Mine takes forever to fill up.
I would have to say this, the can openers could be used on top of the can which is the right way to use them, I was doing it the way you use them on this video and I thought they were not good, and if you use them the right way even the dollar store can openers work just fine
Tha same with the ice cream scoopers, pour some water on a cup, or leave the faucet open while scooping ice-cream and voila! Nothing will stick to the scoop! And of course there's better scoop than others but I would not pay over 10 bucks for an ice cream scoop, that's just my opinion. By the way my wife and I love your videos! Cheers mate!
I live in the state south of you the tbi seems like bad coloring for us LOL
I hadn't thought of that but I can see your point!
because it looks like a snake?
I used to live in Arizona. I can definitely see that hose being mistaken for a snake.
20:23 I laughed so hard at how loud that was XD
the ultimate test for the can openers, if you can get them in america, try opening a frey bentos pie tin
After one year, the Bedjet has changed shape and turned into a different unit...
The huge pizza cutter locks like the Klingon sword/melee weopon
I work for an optometrist and I have zero idea how you would even go about making a set of readers that "auto adjust" the shape and thickness of the lense determines the power, unless they worked like a progressive where they have the lower power on the top and higher on the bottom, but thats not an auto adjust either. Vision is so subjective that unless it was wired into your brain it couldn't possibly auto adjust to your vision needs. Its an expensive pair of cheaters.
I have the lint catchers. They don't work great but they do get some of lint.
All can openers can open a can from the side. It's just that certain types of cans are better opened from the top so you can drain the liquid like in tuna...
I have a kitchen aid can opener and I love it. Mine also has a bottle opener on it which is nice
