Thanks for these videos. Since breath-work is so important, it would be helpful (to me) if you could provide consistent breathing prompts throughout the exercises. Looking forward to following along to more of your videos.

You are welcome! So glad you are enjoying the content!
The first three positions were sufficient to demonstrate to me that even a brief introduction will provided results. As an old marathoner and cyclist well past my prime, tight hips and pelvic dogging me. I am taking a slow approach to restoring my balance and agility. That should help me maintain a relatively rigorous aerobic training goals.
If you can find a set of stretch pants that have one side one color and another color on the other side, I might have been able to visualize the kinetics better.
Once again thanks to you and my son who pointed the way.
Glad you enjoyed this class! Love the idea of 2 different color leggings I'll be on the lookout. I'm terrible with my left and rights, which you might pick up in the videos 😂 Keep up the great work!

amazing!!! I saw you had some videos for hypertonic pelvic floors. I was wondering if you could potentially make a playlist or series for hypertonic pelvic floors? It's hard to know what to focus on, especially since we have both tight but weak muscles!
Such a great suggestion - thank you! Have you tried this one, its one of my favorites 💕

I am very interested in the role of yoga and pelvic floor/prolapse healing. I need yoga for beginners tho as I've been more focused on cardio and weights. Yoga is foreign to me but totally open to it. Where to start?

Am I doing this wong? When doing the beginning leg lifts I feel the glutes on my opposite side - not the leg I'm lifting the leg that is supporting me.
Great question! The supporting leg is working as well to help stabilize your pelvis. Pressing down into the shin of the supporting leg will activate that side and working on reaching through the back heel of the lifting leg coming from the hip will help that side. Keep up the great work!
Men also do this?
Absolutely! These exercises work for men as well!
