More than the heat and sweat, what I felt most were the fluidity and less exhaustion, even with heavier loads, compared to the earlier weeks😍 so many thanks to this kind of multi-week training program🙏🏼❤

I really loved this lower body strength workout, maybe my favourite of your 4.0 leg workouts yet Heather! I find my balance getting better with these types of workouts, and feel stronger in my legs most certainly. My legs, back and glute muscles love these and need routines like these. Thank you!! ❤❤❤

What I most like about your trainings is that whenever you get unbalanced or the heavy weights are way too heavy for you to finish the set without a two-second break, I see you are just like us. haha... I typically work out at home and don’t have the really heavy weights (I have a set of 25lbs max). Today, I happened to be a guest in the gym and got to up my weights! Game changer! And I crushed it! I’ll need to invest in a heavier set I guess, thanks to you, Heather! 💪🏻
