    I mostly get a lot of exercise by working pretty darn hard around the house and my organic garden and taking long walks. I will be 79 in July. I do not take any pharmaceutical drugs... only vitamins, minerals and organic foods. 😎

    makes sense. i'm 49, overweight, joints clicking when i walk and i'm depressed and lack motivation. i have a male friend at work who is 62, looks 32. i asked what he secret is and he said he strength trains and walks everyday. avoids sugar and junk food. he's on NO medication. and he doesnt have grey hair!

    I’m one of your biggest fans so I’m sharing this with you because I care. I think that you have an over abundance of saliva production. I don’t know if it could be a health issue but over the years when you’re talking I’m hearing a pronounced excess of wet swallowing and pauses which interrupts your talks. I hope this helps because I really enjoy your podcasts and the impact they have on my healthy living. God bless.

    Dr Mark, I take 3 walks daily. 30 mins before work, 45 mins lunchtime and 30 mins after dimmer with family. Sleep is heavenly💃💃💃

    I need to do more exercise. Hard to do with titanium rod in my leg due to cancer 22 years ago. I had chondrosarcoma of right knee and tibia. That with a diagnosis of kerotoconus in my eyes with difficult vision hard to do many types of exercise. Would love some advice on what you could recommend for me.

    I would love to hear the functional medicine approach to tendonopothy (such as Achilles tendonopothy). I suffer from Achilles tendonitis and I don't have a functional medicine physician near me or covered by insurance and I want to be sure I'm doing what I can to help this and prevent any further damage.

    how does an organic garden tomato grown in late summer have less lectins in the skin and seeds than a store bought tomato? Do they have less fructose too? Has anyone ever tested them?

      It still has lectins, but so many other amazing polyphenols and nutrients that you can eat it if your leaky gut is not extreme

    Some people die regardless of exercise! I know a runner who died during a marathon, my sons friend knew a young man who collapsed and died during a marathon, my friends father walked every day on treadmill - was trim and suffered a heart attack and died on the treadmill. A neighborhood female friend in my neighborhood who exercised regularly and was fit and trim died of a brain stroke. I knew a runner who had amazing fit legs died of Pancreatic cancer in her mid forty’s. It’s not fool proof

      So you're saying exercise isn't beneficial because some people die while exercising? Should people also avoid sleeping because some people die in their sleep? Avoid eating because some people die during a meal?

    I dont want my cholesterol to be low since having low cholesterol is actually bad for you later in life

      I donʼt worry at all about cholesterol anymore. Iʼm pretty healthy at 79. No pharmceutical drugs helps and mostly organic foods. 🩵

      @@dieste8I think you are confusing with HDL which is good cholesterol which you want high! But LDL is the ‘bad’ cholesterol.
