G4 PTZ: How is auto-tracking working for you now? Any updates? Has it improved? Does the camera auto-return to Home (or Preset) after auto-tracking? Please make a new G4 PTZ video about setup and features. Thanks for your good work :)
Would be nice to have better smarts, such as: find and follow motion, what about a series of waypoints that can be cycled through so you could monitor multiple locations?
I think for the price they have a lot more to work on to make it more attractive. Most if it is software based.

At this price point I expect more. I would need a pendant mount, don't want it against a wall where you lose 180 degrees of view. My existing Bosch camera hangs and gives me a full 360 as well as straight down. No specs on minimum lux rating for color image? Cut the price in half and I would consider it.
That camera is impressive as hell
Its decent and a beast. specially the zoom.
Hardly impressive honestly…. It’s two big first of all….. way over priced for what it is….. for a few hundred more you can have smaller Better ptz…. Every install that wanted out door ptzs regrets these due to lack of features quality and even multi billion dollars companies know it’s WAY over priced for what it is….. we end up going with a different brand when they want PTZ

Does this camera have an autofollow AI function for the PTZ?

wow what a poor quality if you ask me. Dahua PTZ with colour night vision does better job than this.

Sure, but then you have a piece of connected technology made by a Chinese company owned in whole or in part by the CCP. It’s already been discovered that these companies have altered the software of home and commercial security cameras in order to gain access to the networks to which they are connected. No thanks.
@@InsideWire you may as well just remove the locks from your home and give china all your passwords cause that’s about what using hikvision is. A gateway for them to invade….
