Hi Wil, I have a suggestion. It would be nice if you make a recipe for chinese style hot pots with different types of broths (curry, sichuan, spicy or not spicy, etc.) :) I love all your recipes

I love watching you chop vegetables. You make it look so easy. One problems: I cannot find many of the ingredients you use where I live, like Shitake mushrooms, snow pears and some of the sauces, so I jus have to improvise with what I can find. I do the most with what I have. I do enjoy your show.

Just tried this recipe. I purchased your eBooks cookbooks Yeung Man Cooking and the Cooking with Confidence and I’m excited to try more recipes. I found that the ingredients you used for this recipe to be full of flavor . The only thing different I would do is add 1 tsp of cane sugar vs the 1/2 tsp and that’s just personal preference. I didn’t have any baby corn but it was very, very good. Would make again.
