A Short Video featuring a Shorter Belt || Assembling the Engine || The Volvo 740 T5 Project

The new older engine is coming along quickly and I have started to assemble it. Every step is not shown in this little video but the general progress is shown anyway.
The auxiliary belt turned out to be a little bit short for some reason but I will have that taken care of next week when the progress continues on the engine assembly. We are also going to dive a little bit deeper into clocking and modifying the turbo for Volvo 740 T5 RWD use.

Why use blu sealant on coolant pump?
U only use the supplied gasket!

Kör med 850 pump, 960 termostathus tror jag :D Tror 960ins pump har för stor pulley.

No it has different pulleys unfortunately
