Christina, I do have a question, when I shop at areas around my home I can't scan anything in these stores, so I am out of luck there. Now since I can't scan anything in store how can I scan my receipt when I get home, it only comes up as the scan screen in store? Also, what if I pay in cash when my cards are linked? Also what if I pay in a gift card?

I know that mine was fine with scanning the products but after I put in my receipt it all turned light and that's the way it's been since before Thanksgiving day and now I lost all those kicks I don't think it's worth the problems you get from it all

I only bought one and I got mine but you really should tap the product and read all it says if it don't say a pacific number to buy then just one because on my receipt I bought the shelf stable milks and now I don't get my kicks I just lost out on 1,675 kicks from my ShopRite receipt before Thanksgiving. Am so bummed about it now. Well have a blessed time everyone.
Yes- you have the read the offer. Usually it’s just one item unless it’s a bundle deal

Click on you account person icon (top left corner). Then click the wheel (top right corner) then click “questions and support” and scroll all the way down to “contact us”
I went to Walgreens to get the new mom bundle. Scanned all the products in bundle, bought them, drove home, went to scan receipt, no bundle in my app 😡 also got Kleenex and paper towel bundle, Aldo not there. I see an area where it shows you different groups of items with a save heart at bottom. What does this mean? Thanks for all you do.
Hey Linda. I’d reach out to Shopkick and let them know what happened. They might honor the credits. I’m not seeing a save heart I’m my app. So, no idea there

All of their offers say they cannot be combined with other offers
Swagbucks or Shopkick? Shopkick is okay to combine. Swagbucks is not

Thanks for the tutorial. I have a section for collections that has save options. How does that feature work with kicks?
I’m not sure what “a section for collections” means.
@@SavingwithChristina when I select a store the pg opens where it shows products. If I scroll to he bottom, I see FEATURED COLLECTIONS. Every store has a different collection. When I select a brand, I have the option to save. I just can't understand the significance.
I had never seen that before. I have no idea the point of “saving” those. I’ve never done it.

I wish I knew. It has happened to me before. I powered my phone down and then tried again and didn’t have issues. If you still have problems, definitely send them an email!!

i have the app but i am confused by the receipts number. for instance walmart i have 66,615k receipts but i can't redeem anything bc i didnt buy any items of the items they offer. so what do i do with that?
It’s showing you that 66,615 kicks are available to be earned if you buy those products. Try watching the video thorough again to understand how the app works.

A few people have said that lately. It’s apparently a new thing (I don’t remember it when I signed up, but it’s been a long time and may have just forgotten).
So we see the number of kicks we have but what about the todo redeem $ amount are you able to view that section if so what can you do with that?
250 kicks = $1. Click on your kicks to redeem to gift cards
@@SavingwithChristina When you click on the person you see the lifetime kicks amount and beside it there is a todo redeem then friends invite...so is the kicks amount and the todo redeem section the same of different?
@@camban6966 number of kicks means the lifetime kicks. Amount redeemed is in dollars. If you want to see your current balance, click on the kicks in the middle of the home screen.
Thanks for the information we checked the section again and the todo redeemed is 0 and we have not used any kicks but at least the kicks are in the section.

How do you get your shopkick kicks when you downloaded the receipt and I scanned the products in the store they gave me the kicks there but not the receipt kicks I just lost at least 1,675 kicks . But it seems frozen I tried rebooting my phone system but it's still frozen . I love your videos. I'm just upset about loosen all those kicks I bought all seven items before Thanksgiving day and now I have a upside down triangle with a exclamation point in the upside down triangle. I am so upset. The hole think was dark blue it let me at first but then now it's frozen . Is there anyway anybody can help me please 🙏🙏🙏 thank you in advance...
Yes. They have great customer service. Email them through the app and let them know what happened.
How do you redeem a eBay gift card from shop kicks?
Click on your kicks total at the top of the app. From there it’ll give you an option to change your reward type. Scroll until you find the reward you want and redeem

Email them and they will take care of it. I’ve encountered that before
How many times can you redeem offers?
Each individual offer? Just once. But, once the kicks credit, the offers often come back and then you can do them again.

I'm having problems with redeem kicks. I done Walmart $25 for I have 6440 kicks. I clicked yes then it said error has occurred please try again which I did several times and same thing
I have used this app, even recently, but somehow I can't recall how to get credit for purchasing items for a Walmart pickup order. I got my walk-in kicks & scanned some items while in-store that I didn't end up purchasing that gave me some kicks, but I don't see how to submit my Walmart e-receipt to the Shopkicks app.
Open the app and at the very bottom of the Home Screen click “online.” Then you’ll see Walmart e receipts

Question, there seems to be a very very limited amount of items for each store. Is this correct or am I missing something?
It might depend on the user. I have quite a few offers for each store. Do you have big stores near you like Walmart and Target?

Hmmmm. Not sure. It opens on my phone. Just had a friend try my link and it opened on theirs, too. Sometimes when I have too much open on my phone, it’ll act weird. (But that’s the best I have as far as tech support 🤣).

Shopkick will give you kicks for just scanning items. I’m not aware of another “scan only” app, though. Definitely let us know if you find one!!

Redeemed the new mom bundle no problem. My question is, is there a limit to one reward per transaction? The app seems to just let me claim one. Then asks me to submit the receipt.
One per offer. But you can do multiple sk offers on one receipt (new mom bundle + another sk offer). But not two of the same offers on one receipt. You have to submit, wait for it to process and see if it resets to be able to do it again.
@@SavingwithChristina I did 3 of the degree offers, maybe it has something to do with the same product line, ladies, men's and the men's bundle. It only allowed my first claim which was a single. Maybe I'll return and repurchase the bundle.

Please tell me how to print the gift card you get to use it in the store? The only thing I am able to use the gift card is on line. It is unreal and I’m not happy with it at all. I want to use the card in store.I would appreciate any help you could give me.😊
You open it and show it and/or scan it from your phone. I used ma Walmart gift card I’m store yesterday. From the app, click on your points at the top. Then click on “rewards”. That is where the gift cards are. Open the one you want to use and scan in store.

As long as your app is open, it’ll recognize that you’ve walked in. You’ll hear a little sound and it gives you the kicks right away :)

Yes, you have to have bluetooth on, and the Shopkick App open before you approach the store, or the device at the store entry won't recognize your ShopKick app and give you the instant "walk-in" kicks. @@aracelimorales8551

I’m trying so hard to learn I am 77 and have been a couponer for many years, as of now I see all these big money being made and I’m stressed because I can’t seen to comprehend it. There is. Click on the person icon and then on the setting icon. You’ll see “questions and support”. That’s where you can contact them via the app. They’ve always been super responsive when I’ve messaged
