You do not have to but you can. In your pictures you just need: the title/name of the store, the date, and how much was paid

I would like to know how to upload again into my appts and I want to the one that has all the points that I had.
So can you use any receipt any time or does it have to be that day or do you have to sign in prior to shopping?
Any receipt. And I believe the receipt has to be within 9-14 days. Can’t remember exactly off the top of my head. But it’s over a week

Question, if I redeem 50,000 points for a $50 Visa/Mastercard, would I receive a physical card in the mail or does it just show up in my rewards section and I just show the barcode to the cashier when checking out at store?
Thank you! I haven’t redeemed for this one in particular, but the terms say you would receive the reward by email and then have 4 months to redeem for visa prepaid gift card. I’ve always cashed out to CVS, Target or Walmart and it comes to the reward section of the app. I then scan it from the app at checkout (or enter code if shopping online).

Can this receipt have a full list of items for grocery shopping or does it have to be a separate receipt with that one item for points?
It can be your entire grocery receipt. As long as that item you want the rebate for is on there, you are good.
Hi um when i first got the app I clicked "no thanks" or something like that and I don't know how to get back to that page?
Great step-by-step instructions. However, you never mentioned how far back you can go to scan receipts. If I bought something a year ago, I'm sure that doesn't count, but what about back a couple of months ago?

You can scan up to 30 receipts in I believe 7 days.
@@katilynbell5979 yes actually you can scan that far back a couple times but fetch will tell u it’s an old receipt and only give u 25 points I did this when I 1st got the app

It’s very helpful thank you. But for some reason almost all of the offers show only for Walmart. It only shows like 5 items on cvs, Walgreens, etc. Is the same for every one?

I honestly don’t know. If you can download it to you tablet, I would assume it would work. Have you tried to download it yet? On my iPhone, the App Store shows me what apple products it is compatible with. Does android do the same?

Go into your Amazon account. Literally “my account” and you’ll see “manage gift card balance” You click that and enter the gift card numbers there.

Yours might just be having an issue. I have not redeemed my points in over a year and it just grows
You have to constantly you use it if not they still give 30 days or more to use them before they are expired

Yes. Open the app and click on the button in the middle at the bottom and click on e-receipts. Scroll a little bit and see “view email supported retailers”
How do transfer my points into my fetch debit card?
Is there a way to have 2 emails ? I have one email for Amazon everything else is in another email address. Plus, I can't seem to add any other apps like Walmart.
I’m not sure. I would reach out to fetch rewards support and ask. I don’t believe you can connect apps- you just have to scan receipts

Have a suggestion though! I think you should make a video showing you using the redeemed gift cards to buy things in store or online so people will have more belief in the app working

Receipt doesn’t need a barcode. Within 2 weeks I believe it how far they will go back
I have a 2,000 dove men's care body wash 5x. When submitting my receipt, the 8,000 did not show up only giving 105. How do I submit a ticket to correct that?
Click on your points. Find the receipt. Scroll down to where you see “correct receipt”

Yes. You can snap pics of receipts you’ve used cash to pay for. This is a reputable app that’s been around a long time.
I've cashed out for Walmart and Visa (digital and plasti) cards and tried using them and they don't work. The number on the back of the Visa card is no longer in service. Fetch says to contact the number on the card. Have you ever had this happen or any advise?
No never. I cash out to cvs, Target, restaurants, etc. never once had any issues using them
Hey I have a really important question what does it mean when they say reward processing please I need your HELP
People have commented that there is like a two day processing period. I haven’t experienced this, so it must just be on your first redemption. If you have issues after that processing period, I would suggest contacting fetch to see if they can further assist you.

this app will not recognize any e-receipts other than Walmart or Amazon. so frustrating since I do purchase a lot online at other major retailers... target, Kroger, etc. but I don't ever get credit and it is annoying so watch this go by....

I skipped the referral code when I made the account because I didn’t know what it mean but how do I put the referral code again because it doesn’t let me put codes
I think at this point you would have to go to the “help center” and “contact us” to say you were referred and give them the code.

I’ve never connected my email. There is that functionality (middle bottom) but I can’t troubleshoot it if it’s not working. I’d suggest reaching out to their tech support.
How do you add other e receipt stores in. Like Target etc.
Click on the camera icon. And then an option for e-receipts pops up. Once you click that, you see an option for linking your email. It talks about target on that page. I haven’t connected to e-receipts, but that’s how the process works.
if you click on the blue e receipt at the bottom, all it does is scan for Amazon receipts. there is no choice to add a retailer.

If you waited the amount of time, I would suggest sending them an email. I haven’t encountered that issue

I can't seem to find where I add retailers so that the app. I have Target receipts and receipts in my email but am not getting credit for them. Please help.
There’s a button at the very bottom in the middle that allows you to add e-receipts by connecting retailers. It wasn’t a function of the app when I made the video. Click that button and then “ereceipts”
How to i get fetch to see my email receipts and count them?
Why is their a limit on how many rexiepts you can enter? Are there any better than fetch?

1000 points on fetch is equivalent to $1. So 10k points = $10.
