35 min Full Body Kettlebell Workout | No Repeat | No Jump (Strength Workout)

  • In this 35 Min Full Body Kettlebell Workout We will be focussing on controlled movements and targeting specific areas. There will be 8x bundles of 5x movements focussing on Upper Body Pull - , Upper Body Push- and Lower Body Movements. Every movement will be performed for 40 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest between the movements and a 30 second rest between each bundle.

    In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell.

    You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

    These exercises may look easy but the very next day (today) my legs are feeling so sore and everytime i bent i can feel it in my hamstrings and calves and especially my upper abs while laughing, coughing or sneezing.. thank you sir for this beautifully designed session 🙏❤👊

    Do you think it would be possible for you to do something similar to a one-month challenge or to organize a playlist for a weekly/monthly workout sessions? I mean workout for every day of the week with different intensity or maybe a rest day too...
    I often choose your videos randomly (mostly those with KBs) and sometimes find them hard to follow because there are these squats or lunges again and I was doing them yesterday and my legs are still sore and I think I'm in need for a little break on those particular parts.
    Or maybe you have a little tip on how should we arrange your workouts? Maybe full-body KB / rest day / full body w/o KB or something like that?
    I mean something to follow through on a daily basis...

      Well! Hahaha…That’s wired because I found it pretty challenging. As the title already says it is a strength workout so the amount of weight that you are using is important. Like the description says “in order to increase the intensity choose heavier weights”and I know after all these years one thing for sure, you increase the weight the same movements it becomes a different ballgame 😉

      But thing is I struggle with these 10 - 10 kgs in many workouts so I am not increasing.

      @@kishanarya3604with hiit and explosive ones you can maybe stick to 10 but for strength ones you really should consider to grab some heavier weight in order to challenge the muscle to get stronger and grow!

      At least not in my videos, the barbell version with the stuff leg deadlift the weight can all the way touch the ground but with the RDL there is no stop you basically keep the tension the entire time
