8K Denon AVR-S960H receiver 7.2, Google Assistant, good for Hires music in 2021?! Top Model S Series FULL REVIEW. We buyed a great receiver for home cinema, a good 7.2 receiver that can be controled with Google Assistant, control multiple devices with HEOS in multiple rooms, 145w on 7 channels, Audyseey microphone for speaker calibrations, 8K ultrahd, Dolby Atmos, DtsX, hires audio (it s a CON here), bluetooth receiver and transmiter, Wifi with Amazon music, Deezer, Alexa, Spotify, Digital Radio Internet, Hdr10, Dolby Vision and more. But is it good for hires music?
** SHAME FOR DENON EUROPE THAT WE HAVE CONTACT FOR A PRODUCT AND THEY EVEN DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPOND. WE HAVE BIGGER MANUFACURERS THAT WE COLABORATE. does this show a volume bar overlay at 4k60? cutrent unit only does at 4k30

Hi! I can't make up my mind which model to choose. AVR-S960H or AVR-X1600H? The presence of 8K is not necessary for me. Сhoose it for flac music, dsd and turntable.
Hi. Look if x1600h have higrade components into the specs. S960h has more power at the thd 0.08 comparing to x1600h. So even s960h has hi grade components, well i don t feel are higrade...
I have the 950h and use it for gaming. A friend is willing to trade the 960H since he doesnt game. Should I do it? does it do a good 4K pass thru? I heard it had difficulty with passthru. I do not have 8K so that's not problem

Hi, can I use it with a 7.1.2 setup instead of 5.1.2? Is there a possibility to add 2 Dolby atmos speakers to the 7.1 setup for this receiver?
hi; if is 7,2 channels of course you can use 7 channels; but not 7.1.2; just 7.2

Does this pass thru 4k signals without any processing?
Hi. You can by pass this receiver when is off, and send 4k wothout any procesing. You can send to the receiver 4k signals without proccesing and you can procces if option, into the menu, the 4k signal. Subscribe
I need the AVR to process HDMI audio and output to speakers. Hope this is supported?

Denon AV Receivers are not that good with music best to add a 2ch Stereo to Preouts for more enjoyable music playback
