Simple puff pastry pockets filled with diced ham and cheese. These puff pastry pockets are ready on the table in just a few minutes
Ingredients#
2 x puff pastry
1 egg
200 g diced ham
150 g cheese - grated
150 g cream cheese
If you want, you can and can season with a little pepper - in my opinion, salt is not necessary - but everyone can decide for themselves. I skipped the salt and pepper.
