750 g salmon, cut into 3 fillets of 250 g each
350ml cream
250 g cherry tomatoes
150 g frozen spinach - thawed and the liquid
squeezed - if there's fresh spinach, you should
use fresh spinach
30 g grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil - or an oil of your choice
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste.
I made boiled potatoes as a side dish.
