It’s probably puff pastry you can buy it from shops like lidl or u can make it but it’s way easier to make it and it’s quite cheap and it looks like she might of bought it
425 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes then without opening the door of the oven reduce the heat to 340 Fahrenheit for 45 minutes and you’re good to go (it may appear a bite burnt but if you see it getting too burnt take it out of the oven)
