These “Ritz” style keto vegan cheese crackers are so delicious and super crunchy. It’s no doubt one of the easiest crackers recipes to make. I can’t stop eating them :)

INGREDIENTS
---------------------
(Makes about 30 crackers, 5cm diameter)
Flour options and cold water required:
100 almond flour (3-4 tbsp water)
-----------------
100g lupin flour (5-6 tbsp water)
------------------
60g coconut flour (5-6 tbsp water)
------------------
Or blend with oat fibre
70g almond flour, 30g oat fibre (4-5 tbsp water)
----------------------
70g lupin flour, 30g oat fibre (6-7 tbsp water)
----------------------
40g coconut flour, 20g oat fibre (6-7 tbsp water)
The following ingredients are the same for all flour options:
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Xanthan gum
50g grated vegan cheese
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp oil (I use olive oil)
Cold water (see quantity above)
DIRECTIONS
------------------
1. Mix all dry ingredients (bar oil and water and cheese) together in a bowl.
2. Pour in oil and cold water and mix/knead till it forms a dough. Incorporate the grated cheese in the dough and mix well.
3. Roll out the cracker dough with a rolling pin or tortilla press (regular cracker thickness). Cut out with a cookie cutter or a knife. And lay the cracker dough on a greased baking tray.
4. Prick the crackers with a fork and brush a layer of oil on top.
5. Bake in a 170C/325F preheated oven for 10-15mins on the first side, flip over, and bake the 2nd side for 5-10mins. Till both sides of the crackers are lightly golden brown.
Leave to cool and enjoy x

I love how Heavenly Fan can push out keto recipes even though she's vegan. Total Soldier! Seriously you are doing an amazing job. Keep it up! You are the future!
Totally agreed
I made this twice last week. 2nd time I added nutritional yeast and used a mexican blend cheese. I also rolled it out thin and added sesame seeds to the top. It is fantastic!
Oh sounds delicious, how were they dear? 🇨🇦🌻🙏
How much Cheese you put ?
I usually skip through recipe videos and prefer to listen to them without sound and just following the steps. But you have such a calming voice and sound, that I actually watched the entire video with so much fun. Great vid, gonna try this tomorrow!
May I just say, your voice is extremely soothing and easy to listen to as you bake. Thank you for making these fabulous videos!
You have such an smooth and elegant voice…I could have you reading bedtime stories for me every night!
Thanks for this great recipe!
True beautiful voice. I love her videos❣️👌
Lol I totally agree!
Not even keto but I was given coconut flour by a family member and I love to make my own snacks, so I tried this on a whim today and it worked so well!
I used regular cheese and the oatfiber + coconut flour option and it's so good and made alot more crackers than I thought thank you!
I made these crackers today and it was amazing! I used parmezan instead of mozzarella and wheat bran instead of oat but it tasted cheezy and great! It’s been a while since I had crackers due to diabetes and it feels so good to satisfy your cravings!
I made these crackers today and they tasted AMAZING!! Thank you Heavenly Fan for sharing your delicious Keto recipes. I’m a Londoner, and I totally relate to your voice. I’m definitely a Fan🥰
Do you know the carb count??
My favourite Heavenly Fan recipe to date! 💜 I KNEW it was going to be good so I made a double batch! I combine 1 recipe of the coconut flour with 1 recipe of the almond flour plus I also added a couple of tablespoons of nutritional yeast, a teasoon of onion powder plus some fresh rosemary. I brushed with avocado oil instead of olive oil. Adding different herbs and spices is going to be lots of fun ... I'm already thinking about Italian/pizza seasoning .. or chilli flakes .. the texture of the almond flour and coconut flour is delicious! I used the 5cm round cookie cutter but will try squares next time to save time. Thank you Fan for this delicious recipe that is going to be a staple! I'll be buying you a coffee 💜
Hi. Means you add 100gm almond flour & 60gm coconut flour right?
Please let me know how much Almond, Coconut flour you used. Also how much Oat Fiber. Or did you mix up a bag of each and then just mixed the two recipes together? Thank you ❤️
Why doesn't this lady have more subscribers? She's amazing!
After years of being dairy intolerant and keto, I can't BELIEVE I am only finding your channel now, Excellent content, can't wait try these out!
I made the oat fiber option twice using first almond flour and the lupin flour ( sweet white) the second batch. First batch was my favorite tasting just like wheat crackers and the second batch was a little bitter by themselves but tasted fine with cheese slice. Will make again with spices.
I just made these crackers!!! I did use regular mozzarella and they came out perfectly ! Many thanks for yet another winning recipe!!
Just made these but I used regular mozzarella and used whey in place of water (leftover after making paneer, which is my staple). I missed a step (oil on baking sheet and on top of the dough) but they still turned out well. Looked a little dry because of this but enough oil and cheese in the dough they weren't dry and very good, very pleased that I've tried. Next time I will be sure not to miss the step. Usually not big on recipies and start doing my own thing but I need to add more variety in my food option, and in keeping plantbase + gluten free + low carb is not easy without relying on the channel like this. This was simple and very happy that I tried, no doubt I will make these regularly and I don't have to risk a discomfort by eating things that don't agree with the body, thank you Fan. 🙂
I've just made them with almond meal and another one with almond meal and oat fibre! I've added some paprika and chilli powder on them. They are great!!! Thank you!
I just got the tortilla press from Amazon after watching your last video … so stoked for crackers now too 😁😁
You can up the anti and increase the health benefits and making them taste like cheddar by adding nutritional yeast. I think I’ll be giving these a try. Thank you! 😋💞
Many thanks…..finally a recipe that lived up to expectations……easy to make/crispy/great taste…..I’m a happy “ little vegemite”!😉👍👏👏👏
How can one resist making these. That crunch!! Perfect for a Summer aperitive with a glass of wine🍷

I made these. I rubbed butter on them after baking, and they are so delicious. Thank you Heavenly!
Hi Fan I’m definitely going to make these, I’ve never tried a recipe of yours that I haven’t liked, I don’t know how you keep coming up with these brilliant ideas 💡, just thought your subscribers might like to know I’ve found 900g of dried lupin seeds for £7-39 on eBay, great price if you can grind them into flour yourself, all the best Carol from Scotland x
I have a big bag of oat fiber in my cupboard! Now I know what to do with it! Lol! Thanks 😍

I just made the cookies with the lupine flour... AMAZING! Thank you very much for the recipe 😊
Wow! You're the best! Could you please tell me how can the xantan gum be replaced? Grounded flax seeds, maybe? In what quantity? Is it ok not to use the fiber? Thank you🥰
You’re so smart and creative!
I made these crackers today and I will be making them often..so crisp and cheesy. I used the oat almond mixture and was fantastic.
Oh my! You’ve done it again💕

Greeting from Singapore!
⚘⚘⚘
Love to Singapore!
Today I tried the 60 g coconut flour version of this recipe. Oat fiber is not sold in my country. For me crunchiness is very important, so I also omitted the cheese (I'm not vegan). I did a little mischief and added powdered sour cream-onion flavor. They were so crispy and crunchy without needing to refrigerate them in the oven! 😍 So delicious! You don't need to be on a ketogenic diet or vegan to do this. Thanks so much for this great recipe! ☺️
I made these today and they turned out great! Thanks for the recipe!
I like the fact that she just gets on with the recipe not alotta of unnecessary talking that some people do, well done👍🙌🥰
You are so AWESOME!! Thanks for the recipe!! You ROCK!!!

Thank you Joee, they’re so addictive! X
Just made them. Absolutely delicious, can’t stop eating them. Made them with Parmesan. Will have to make another batch. Thank you for this amazing recipe.
Oh goody I just got a press, now I can use it
Great recipe! Thank you! I added garlic & onion powder, and a dash of monk sugar to give it more of a standard cracker taste. I also prefer mixing it with melted butter (I'm veg but not vegan).
Wow, thank you for the recipe! I will try and replace the oat fibre with peanut powder. I love peanut flips, a German specialty, I bet your crackers will taste quite similar. I will give an update after my peanut attempt… 🥜
That sounds so interesting, let me know how it works out x
update us as to whether that worked!
@@pamelap.123 Unfortunately I have to report that it did not work! 🙁 I exchanged 30 grams of the almond flour for powdered peanuts and added some allulose. The dough was very sticky and the crackers did not get crunchy after baking, maybe because of the allulose. Anyways, one could not taste any peanuts in the crackers. Since they were not crispy at all, I have only eaten a few so far, might even throw them out… 😏
@@polly6783 Aww, sorry. Take comfort in the fact that you helped others reading this. Recipes often just cannot have a lot of changes.
@@pamelap.123 Pamela, I love your positivity! ♥️ Thanks for being so kind! ☺️
Wow! They look delicious I can’t wait to make them…. And eat them!
Thank you so much for all the wonderful videos🙏🏽
Namaste 🌺🌸🌺🌸🌺

Great taste. Not as crisp as I'd like, but I only had regular cheddar. I didn't leave them in the oven to cool completely, but will try that next time. Will definitely be making them again.

These came out amazingly well, they are delicious. I’m going to alternate them with the seeded crackers as they are also fab xxx
So glad to see you back.... ! this looks really great, dying to try this... i am thinking a mixture of vegan cheese to balance the carbs and some nutritional yeast... I really am a sucker for a cracker.... this is the straw that breaks this camels back... as I like like love low carb but also like my crunch with food i.e. crackers...
You are such an inspiration!
Omg. Can’t wait to try them. I love your recipes. I have made a lot of them. Thank you.

Hi Fan, I have a question, as I am not a vegan, I used the mozzarella cheese for Pizza but the cheese turns out red colour after baking 🤣🤣🤣
I look so forward to your videos. Your recipes wonderful!
It's absolutely amazing recipe....soo easy.... thank you for your recipe....ll b ordering pays fibre today
So looking forward to making these! Yum
I made these yesterday using mozzarella and they were ok. Today I made this using fresh Parmesan and added some black pepper and they are delish. Worth making.
Mozzarella is a bit bland, parmesan has more flavour, which you need with when using almond flour.
These are delicious! I made the lupin flour version and used mozzarella. Worked well. Lovely recipe!
Still working on my tortilla press skills! 😅
Actual mozzarella as opposed to a vegan substitute?
Just down making these...fantastic!
Wow , gonna try TODAY . Thanks for sharing .
Thank you. I'll make these over the weekend
