Dr. Bader, could your husband and yourself please post more content? I just discovered you, listening to everything you have put out.

and then what? my husband angrily walked out 3 times because the counseling wasn't going the way he thought it should. he is not open to any suggestion or allowing me any rights or express myself.

Therapy only works if he is open to it. If he is not open to it then you must decide what you are willing to accept. Is this someone you are willing to stay with? Or is it time to move on. No advice either way. You as an individual must decide what is best for you

Hello I want to ask a question.
Is it wrong or right if you have a girlfriend, boyfriend or a spouse if they are doing a few things here an threre, things they may say it do that hurts your feelings is it ok to point these things out to this person. An when you tell them your not mad, yelling, no name calling, an also tell them your not putting them down in no kind of way. Just needed to point out this what you are saying or doing is hurting me. An to let them no also to make them into a better person letting them no please not do or say that anymore. Is this wrong in any kind of way. If so how can this person take it in the wrong context. Thank you
