Have you ever done probate calls? Would love to hear hood those conversations would go. Picked up a couple of listings and continuing on. Trying to get a few more ideas on what I can implement to convert better.
I don’t know why people praise this guy. He doesn’t do anything impressive. He literally just begs and gets leads. Now, “leads mean poop. Clients are gold”
One door knock session. 7 doors in. Guy said come in before I finish my spiel: How do you know I'm selling my house? Also his Birthday. The session got derailed cause I had to help him consult about selling his house for 2 hours. Lol

I'm new to real estate but love listening to this technique. Most of us have been on the consumer's end of a cold sales call for some product or service AND not been too happy or receptive. This method would have likely kept me chatting to callers in the past. Thanks for sharing!

hey Dan. I voice texted you back. You are behind brother. I switched to paid back in December after SEVEN years and thousands of agents who doubled/tripled their business off my free advice. By the way, all the free advice I gave over the last 7 years is all still here in UA-cam for anyone to watch for free. No, I didn't have any intensions when I started, but at this point 100's of agents have made MILLIONS from my advice. At this point, I am being taken advantage of and it's not an even trade anymore like it was. The proof and testimonials are there. My advice is GOLD. By the way, it's $99 a month. If helping you make $100's of extra thousand a year for the rest of your life isn't worth that, what is?
