    I couldn't be more sorry I didn't find out about this man and his work years ago. I am even more sorry to hear that he is now very sick and that how long he'll be able to do his noble work depends on how his illness progresses. I feel like I have already missed too much of what he had to give and gave to people around the world that I cannot accept the fact I will not have enough time to make up for it by having him present in my life, on daily basis now. I feel I could have made my life more worth living instead of feeling I had to live it, with all the suffering and self-tormenting for the mistakes I made and didn't have to if only I knew there were other ways... Mr. Peterson, I am with you with all my heart and soul, I will be hoping that you will get better and I will never accept the fact that your illness will incapacitate you in your conquest. I will never stop believing your briliant mind will remain intact, that all the suffering that illnesses may bring will somehow fail to get you and that you'd stay with us keeping your existence in this world so precious and priceless for all of us who got lucky enough to learn from you, just like you have been doing for years now, for many more years to come. Thank you, Sir. May the universe keep you safe and send you back at least as much goodness and wisdom, as you have sent out to it.

      @@mudnocchio Yes, we must give ourselves timeframe, an expiration date, that our minds know. Respectfully, I 💯disagree! Once we know there is a date of expiration we move forward. @Maryann we are 'individuals' who give our 'word' to join each other in matrimony until death do us apart. I learned this now too. I, have my word back because I, kept my word. So now, I must fulfill the purpose I am here for; i must move forward without him in this world. But I truly had wished I didn't have to live this part. But, he had to leave us first. I, am an individual. So are you. I am thankful God, in His infinite Grace and Mercies, showed me, that I, kept my word. So now, I will reassess my life. Continue to guide our children as I can. And support others so their perception does NOT die with their spouse. We have our life to continue to live until our time comes. And we teach ourselves to live joyful life for our own self, families, and others. Be blessed ❤🐛🦋🐝🎄

    • @HopeWins777
      @HopeWins777 Рік тому +4

      @@Dani-cg9hn I get your point about strategy, but, no, the heart feels what it feels. The Grieving never ends. There is always loss and an empty chair and a void where that person once thrived in your life. You will understand this when you lose a parent. Or a child. You can just adjust and move forward, which is your point. Yes. But the grief is always there. It presents and recesses but it never leaves. Similarly, a parent is only as happy as their saddest child. It is just how love works. We are Blended together like a cake mix that cannot be separated back out into eggs and sugar and flour. Your perspective might be a difference in personalities I'm not sure. But your point is well taken! We cannot let grief stop us from living and doing what we are here to accomplish and impact. The void leaves time and space for even greater impact than before. I have definitely had the loss of loved ones provide a space for me to accomplish more then before and often in memory of. Thanks for the comment and inspiration.

    I am so thankful for this video. The vastness of the discussion is great. Jordan Peterson is a great speaker. A lot of life issues were delved into. As someone who lives with a chronic illness, I loved and found it helpful when he said "shrink your time frame, look for occasions of grace and beauty where you can find them" Also as a Parent, I found it helpful that he said we can't protect or shield our children from life's unfortunate situations all the time; we make them strong so as to transcend those issues. Definitely, gleaned nuggets of wisdom from the deepest and very personal life stories shared on this platform. Thank you thank you thank you🌟👏🏾🌟👏🏾🌟👏🏾🌟👏🏾🌟👏🏾

    Good said :) also really large amount of B1 Vitamin will help you feel good in your skin and you will not have repetetive thoughts. Sudenlly your envy and worry will go, because your cells are getting energy. B1 is mostly depleeted using too much coffee or tea, since oxalate makes you B1 defleeted, binds with T3 from your thyroid gland. T3 is important for cells in your muscles to function well. Oxalate binds also with Ca from your bones, and makes tiny crystals in the muscles making you feel body ashes, just like in depression. And in that state of helplessness, you will start to be miserable, and well said, cruel to others too. So drink milk with your coffee, and get lot of B1!

It took a long time to figure it out but now my level of discernment with out being cold or bitter is completely at a whole other level. It’s literally changed and massively up leveled my life. It turns out to be a massive lesson for wealth and abundance. Grateful.

    Jorden, I truly appreciate so much of what you say, and I think you are on point in tremendously insightful and important ways. My only feedback is that I think you are too harsh. After a long journey in recovery, I have come to see that for most of my life I made my inner critic my Higher Power. This was largely rooted in growing up in an intensely perfectionist family that was terribly judgmental and chronically dissatisfied. To be honest, I wonder if perhaps why you are sick is that you are too harsh on yourself and others. Although I gain insights, I find it demoralizing at times when i listen to you. My Loving Higher Power that created me, and this Gangster Planet Earth, does not ever treat me with disdain or contempt for being weak and frightened and employing survival strategies that I've been exposed to throughout my life in my family, and amongst my American culture and society. I appreciate your honesty with yourself but the brutal criticism of the average person who is not driving themselves towards ever more esteem and responsibility. I don't hear a ton of compassion for folks who are sincerely dealing with massive identity crisis from never being validated, or only receiving negative attention. Do you follow the work of Gabor Maté. We are dealing with an intergenerational dysfunction/or a steep learning curve in our evolution and shame and guilt are not the way out. Thank you for sharing that you are open to the feedback in the comments. Above all else, I hope this feedback assists you in some way towards your physical healing. Being gentle, warm and accepting of oneself is the foundational and core medicine for what ails us.

      Perhaps I am overstating things when i suggest that you are expressing disdain or contempt for those who are "not reaching their potential". I appreciate the way you point out that when we are not in alignment with our good conscious then of course we will be tortured from within by our better conscious. I also see this as an inner conflict and requires a lot of gentle acceptance and self-forgiveness. It's an inside job. Let's find unconditional loving peace within before trying to "reach our potential", otherwise our striving for "our potential" will likely being coming from a shaming, blaming or judgmental place. It also will likely cause us to overshoot ourselves. Like you say, created stages for your journey that re realistic. In my experience, the first stage is finding unconditional love for ourselves and others - out of that true fruit will grow.

    I set a goal to become the supervisor at my job, the odds aren’t going in my favor. I work for a company that seems to only promote those who have been friends for years. I started at this job at the lowest level back in March. Thankfully I have great work ethic, it has helped me move up the ladder a few steps. But it also turns those who don’t have work ethic against me, unfortunately they have had an impact on the chances of my goal becoming a reality. I’m actually unsure of my next move, I have thought about just walking away, but I don’t really want to start over at another job. I don’t do well with anyone telling me what to do, so in the perfect place I would actually be best at having my own business, unfortunately that’s not something I can afford to do. I really kind of lost to be honest, I’ve had this problem all my life.

      Try to figure out why you feel so resentful about doing what you're told in a work setting where you aren't top dog, and fix that. Your resentment is likely noticed by others, and is holding you back from getting that promotion. Also be patient, because being employed for a matter of months is not really a very long time so you may be expecting too much too soon in terms of getting promoted all the way up to manager.

      So. You've been doing this your wholel ife so you all ready know the problem being told what to do and you said a solution own boss but, your customer is your boss telling you what to do at least in the beginning so walk away?
      Depends you already pit ggd time in you got experience and don't want to start over perhaps home depot a lateral jump. But still as supervisor you will have a manager telling you what to do. FRIENDS get promoted. You have to keep your eye on the prize do everything your told to to and more and better even if its not your job. Become friends with the managers ask them if they need anything. Never say no come in early leave late. Then you let them know your interested in promotions which should be promoted in house before anywhere public. Are you interested in supervisor or just a title. You could ask for a raise. Of you get passed over twice I would say walk. look for alternative jobs and let them know. Make sure you give them notice.
      Own business you already work Lowes you have discount and customers pick up side jobs till clientele grows enough to get what you want and need.
      You can paint, yard work, and UA-cam what you don't know.
      Is my suggestion 🤔

    Got an answer I needed at 1:55 👊🧡
    And I'm glad to have found I lived an "ethical life"... even when I didn't understand I was. And it's not a happy feeling when you see the parts that others played in situations, but it makes you wonder what life they chose... understanding we do choose to incarnate... and you start to see this lifetime as a game of chess, with different pieces able to only make certain moves vs every one being the same. Acceptably different than the other. And that's a beautiful perspective to have when looking at others in your life. It helps with acceptance as well.
