I fly solo and got black balled by my office for not wanted to join someone’s team. They all put there arm around me and then turned when I didn’t join. I found out the productivity coach when you first join was optional and they got furious when I opted out. I opted out because the coach always reschedule my meeting but where quick to show up after closing to collect there 10%. No thank you!
That happened to me at Remax. I left and started my own brokerage. Now I make twice what my ex broker used to make. That means seven figures in GCI a year.

🔥Two great take aways that are pure gold: 1) Efficiency is the key. Leverage is the key. Understanding what moves the needle. Going “all-in” on the few activities that are really the highest producing activities.” Live in that 20% space. It’s all about volume of conversations. 2) The professionals go in, they don’t care whether they get the listing. They care about the person, what they have going on in their life, what their problems are, and what the solutions they can offer will be, and what they can do to help them through the situation. That’s what a professional does. It’s not about the listing, it’s about the person, and serving their needs. 🌴
