Thank for sharing Ashley. I wake up an 1 hour early too and I spend time with the Lord for 30 minutes reading my devotionals, mediating on scripture and then finally prayer. It is not always easy because we let life get in the way, but it is so worth it to spend that time with the Lord especially before you begin your day. :)
