Hey friends!
Here is my 3 hour draw near to God morning routine! In this slower season of life, I want to encourage you to spend some extra time drawing near to God! I have never regreted spending time with God. Every moment with my Creator is SO WORTH IT TO ME! I hope and pray that you would draw near to God this summer. I pray that God would speak to your heart through His word and Spirit! May you grow and flourish in the love of Jesus Christ. May you be transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ!

I feel guilty when im spending time with God, always thinking about everything else I have to do. I struggle so badly with prayer. But as you were speaking I pictured Mary Magdalene sitting at the feet of Jesus soakinhg in every Word He spoke while Marth missed out on so much because she was so busy. We shouldnt feel guilty at all spending time with our Savour x

Something that has really helped me is talking to God throughout my day. Literally just talking to him about anything. Could just be words of gratitude, praying for random people you see in public, asking God to show you ways you can bless someone or even expressing something that has upset you etc. The more you talk to him like you would talk to a friend, the easier it becomes to sit in quiet time and pray. The more your relationship grows with a person, the more comfortable you feel to have long and deep chats. The same goes for God. I hope that helps ❤️

Hi!... I was just going through the comments.. And I saw the word Guilt... I heard a message a year ago from Pastor Vlad about not feeling guilt but shame..
For eg.. when you dont speak to your loved one for a day you dont feel guilt you feel shame..
Does the make sense?? Idk..

I have the same problem, when I'm pray I thing about milions different things and sometimes I realised that after a long time. Then I feel more angry than guilty for myself because I'm sure that I can focus better on God.
Who else is waking up really early tomorrow lol? 🤪 You guys keep helping me put my focus on Christ and give me cool and great tips for my relationship with God. Thank you for being a channel that is not afraid to express your beliefs in Christianity and wants to help others with their relationship with the LORD and their faith. I am. But i am doing that for quite some time now. I think since the video where Ashley and her dad are canooïng on the lake. I realy like to see nature wake and hear the birds singing. Also the neighbourhood is still sound a sleep. Good circumstances to get in the bible. It is impossible for me to get quiet if my surroundings are noisy.
Also, in the morning my mind is more rested and i can concentrate better.
Thea G Yeah l totally was going to wake up early but l couldn’t hear my alarms and usually l can. I love nature and God’s beautiful, wonderful, etc. Creation. I would go on walks but l feel kind of sketched out where l live! We live on a great street but there r some sketchy apartments in the next neighborhood that is close to me. I know that can’t and isn’t an excuse l will go on walks with my fam tho! I am the same with noise. I have to be in a quiet peaceful place in order to concentrate!
@@bakegirl45 I normly wake early, and while the world is still asleep have my quiet time with the Lord.
If for some reason I wake up later, it's all okay, and I find another time slot.
I feel that waking up earlier does set the stage for my day. It calms my inner being and have beautiful outcomes!

I love how she says that your routine doesn't need to be one way or even in the morning but when you can make the time and whether it's an hour or three hour routine, it's yours. I think that was a really good thing to say because a lot of times when we see these videos, it's scary to see three hour routine and know you can't do in your schedule and so I just love how she said that. I also like that you can incorporate one step or two or all three so yeah amazing video Ashley!
Being a night owl has me feeling a little guilt but glad to know it's all fine! But again I am challenging myself to be an early bird, in My quiet time. Thank you sister for this great video.

Hey! I'm a night owl, too! :) my quiet time routine usually starts at 11PM and ends at 2AM. Then in the morning, since I wake up around lunch time, I just read this book called Bedside Blessings by Chuck Swindoll. It's a tiny book with a short commentary and a verse to remember each day of the year. After that I say a short prayer and kickstart my day! Hope this helps 😊

I actually got up early the other week and went to my local woods and sat by my local pond and I read my Bible. It was the best thing I have done in ages because it made me feel so peaceful and full. Love you guys! God has got you through whatever you’re going through! God bless you guys❤️

This helps me a lot for my routine with my relationship with God, because today I deleted TikTok because i felt like it was taking over my life made me feel insecure and was stopping my relationship with Christ!! It was very distracting so now i dont have it anymore and i felt free and peaceful back to God more

I woke up around 5 this morning (thanks to my 6 month old) and had such a heavy heart. Instead of going back to bed with the baby I got up and had morning quiet time which I haven't done in a very long time. I read and meditated on Psalms 25-27 and it was so amazing. I can't believe I waited so long to do morning quiet time. I feel refreshed, positive, and hopeful. And I feel His presence so close. I watched your video after doing this, but you gave me some wonderful ideas for tomorrow when I get up at 5:30 am 🥰 He is so so good

This is very important to me especially when you said that this is an inspiration not a standard. I always see people with these morning quiet time routines that are super aesthetic and I started thinking that I can only be happy If my life was like that. But no I dont need to have an aesthetic life to grow with God. All I need is an open heart.
