I really really needed this. My anxious thoughts have been controlling my mind for about 3 months now on a constant loop. I grew up in a Christian household but this trial led me to getting saved. I had an encounter with God on one of the worst days of my life and he really saved me. My thoughts have been getting worse but I just prayed for a sign that he’ll help me through it and this video comes up?? God really is so so amazing. Your channel was the first one I watched when it came to God 3 months ago and helped me write my first prayer. It was the first time I really felt his undeniable presence❤️ Keep up the wonderful work!!

So props to you for pursuing Jesus when others around you aren't. One of the most important things starting out is to have community with people who have similar beliefs as you. Morning quiet time is so sweet with little ones and the reason why. I love waking up early. Turning to Him first thing in the morning is the best thing to do. That's why I am even developing prayer journals to help others in their process, geared towards being specific when you pray.

I prayed this morning after I woke up (not right away, but I did). One of the things I said in the middle of my prayer was about peace. I realized I had been more anxious recently because of covid. After I finished, I opened UA-cam and saw your video and it made me so happy 😊. God has done so much for me, especially since I’ve got close to him in the past couple weeks. ❤️
The first thing i said aloud when the plane came pass was"we fly soon". It was automatic(i was in a fasted state) but it made me smile. I hardly make time to watch ur vids cuz im distracted by so much on youtube but i definitely need to hear this. This video was EXACTLY what I needed. For days I have been battling anxiousness, thoughts about the past and the future, battling with so much uncertainty to the point where I felt disinterested in everything. I stopped waking up early to read the word of God, and made other things a priority first thing in the morning. But today morning I decided I would make an effort again because I had just had enough of living in this anxiety and restlessness and after watching this video, I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. When you mentioned the analogy with presenting a request to the King, I made a literal letter addressed to God (as childish as that is!) and I have taped it to the inside of my bible, to leave it there at His feet and exchange it for His peace, allowing Him to do with it, what He wills :) thank you so much for your ministry! I can't praise God enough for it! :)
I really like how you are mindful of what thoughts you are having, and then get into God's Word to apply His Truth to those thoughts. Reminds me of the scripture that talks about taking out thoughts captive and making them obedient to Christ. As well as the one that talks about renewing our minds in God's Truth. Wow. What a wonderful blessing it is to have His word: inspired by God, written from Jesus, here now. This is the biggest adjustment in the Christian life: reading. If we are not connected to the word, we will fall. Sometimes we try to make excuses and say it was something else, but so far I’ve seen that when I’m not the Word, I am confused and lost, trying to figure out things on my own which I will never fully be able to. Thank you guys for just staying in your word. God bears fruit through our abiding in His word🍇💟✝️☮️

Hey friend! Don’t forget you are saved by Faith Alone. God's Word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). I was going through something today and I was looking through my contacts to call a friend to vent. Found no one but I started to vent to God. I was so mad and I need to move and God was just moving so slow. I went to you tube and you popped up. I do subscribe to your channel. Everything you said was what I needed to get back on track!! That verse killed the anger in me and I now have the peace of God! Young lady you are wise beyond your years. I'm very much your senior and you have taught me. I love the videos you girls make. Now that I'm older and have experienced certain events, I crave quiet. So being still has become a little easier on some days. However, other days it's still a struggle. I've discovered the reward of being still are beautiful and so worth it. For one, it's one of the best ways to hear God's voice. Wow I’ve been praying on how to grow more closer to God, and I believe I many have just found it. I need to read my actual bible instead of the one on my phone (which causes me to get distracted on Pinterest or UA-cam), I need to do better at bringing every thought into captivity under the obedience of Christ. I’ve been a bit anxious about school and studying to get into the radiology program this fall and how I’m also going to work and pay bills since the program is full time. I have to remember lords will not my will.

I absolutely love when I spend genuine quality time with God in his word, when he reveals truths to me and revelations through his word and convictions. It's so special. I do find often that my mind wanders and it can be hard in those wandering moments to stay focused, especially in prayer, I am always finding myself in prayer wandering off on a trail of thoughts and having to bring myself back to focus. It's very frustrating and discouraging at times. I appreciate your description on Philippians 4. That's a good way to put it. I hope it helps others better understand that we are given such an incredible opportunity to go before the Creator of all and give our requests, and not only that but be GIVEN His peace in return! That was such a beautiful story, you gave me such an amazing Idea. Maybe I should start writing my anxious thought out on a piece of paper and And pretend that I'm leaving it at God's feet, and just trust that he will take care of it so that the peace of god that transcends all understanding will cover me!

I was going through something today and I was looking through my contacts to call a friend to vent. Found no one but I started to vent to God. I was so mad and I need to move and God was just moving so slow. I went to you tube and you popped up. I do subscribe to your channel. Everything you said was what I needed to get back on track!! That verse killed the anger in me and I now have the peace of God! Young lady you are wise beyond your years. I'm very much your senior and you have taught me. I don’t normally comment on videos but I had to share this with you today. I used to watch your videos when I was in high school and after going to college I really slipped up and lost my faith. I was recently diagnosed with depression. I have felt called to God recently and have started praying again, reading my Bible, and watching your videos. I love the videos you girls make. Now that I'm older and have experienced certain events, I crave quiet. So being still has become a little easier on some days. However, other days it's still a struggle. I've discovered the reward of being still are beautiful and so worth it. For one, it's one of the best ways to hear God's voice. I can't live without His whispers.

Wow I’ve been praying on how to grow more closer to God, and I believe I many have just found it. I need to read my actual bible instead of the one on my phone (which causes me to get distracted on Pinterest or UA-cam), I need to do better at bringing every thought into captivity under the obedience of Christ. I’ve been a bit anxious about school and studying to get into the radiology program this fall and how I’m also going to work and pay bills since the program is full time. I have to remember lords will not my will.

I absolutely love when I spend genuine quality time with God in his word, when he reveals truths to me and revelations through his word and convictions. It's so special.
I do find often that my mind wanders and it can be hard in those wandering moments to stay focused, especially in prayer, I am always finding myself in prayer wandering off on a trail of thoughts and having to bring myself back to focus. It's very frustrating and discouraging at times.
I appreciate your description on Philippians 4. That's a good way to put it. I hope it helps others better understand that we are given such an incredible opportunity to go before the Creator of all and give our requests, and not only that but be GIVEN His peace in return!
