Thanks for another awesome aqua workout! One of my go to workouts is called a 4 way. Each block takes a base move and changes it 4 ways, going through the 4 moves twice. I do a total of four blocks (each Block is a different base move). For the finale we go back and go straight through all the moves from block 1,2,3 and 4.
Love that structure! Thanks for sharing. Learning how to vary base moves is one of the most important skill sets an instructor can learn. There is no such thing as "new moves." A new move is simply a variation of a base move.
