Definitely agree!
Does it benefit on PCOD and PCOS conditions
Hello, very interesting, I just have a question is there a special reason why you keep on shoed while going into water ? Thanks
Keeps you from slipping, both in the pool and on the deck.
no blisters
non slip
could you recommend some non slip shoes for pool
From a personal perspective I don't have a specific recommendation. I have used many water shoes over the last 22 years....from cheap Amazon slip-ons to more expensive brands. I am currently wearing a pair of water shoes from Lands End and love them. Ryka is a popular water shoe brand for my female colleagues. I have also used water shoes from Avia, Speedo and liked them all.
@@fitmotivation-poolfit-videos That's great - I will look into your recommendations
❤❤❤❤❤😊
What about when I get out the water, will my knees ache. Im 8 week post op from having both knees replaced.
I think that really depends on your overall fitness level and so that is hard to say. If you have access to deep water - that would eliminate any impact and you could just start more gently. There is a free deep water workout on the Fitmotivation UA-cam channel called - Deep Revive. That would be an ideal recovery type workout.
I see Terri Mitchell!!! Whoop
I have to do deep water exercises, this is too high impact for my arthritic knees
Wearing tennis shoes in the water???
They are water shoes.
duh
@@kstarrifyYou don't have to be rude, Not everyone knows about water shoes! And you don't know everything either
