Gordon travels to Pasadena, California to visit a Jamaican restaurant called Café Kingston. There, Gordon finds Dr Una Morris, a micro-managing owner who also works as a radiotherapist in a clinic next door to the restaurant. She is determined to use hospital techniques in her kitchen and is constantly sealing everything into plastic bags. Dr Morris is as stubborn as she is proud. Can Gordon help?

I've seen a few of these episodes and a few of the Hotel Hell episodes as well, and I can't help wondering if they are really all real or there's a more or less strong element of fiction in them. I don't say it's fake, but personally I would never allow myself and my business to be treated and exposed like that on TV. It's just that I wonder why the owners of these businesses are willing to participate in these episodes. Can anyone fill me in on this issue? Apart from that I think they element of portraying GR as almost a heaven sent saviour is rather overplayed, but that's just MY opinion, of course.
