- What is up, my watch friends?!? So, check this out... Here’s a video with the pros and cons of the all-black stealth Casio G-Shock 2100-1A1, a.k.a. the Casioak. Bottom line: (and I may get hate for this): This is NOT the watch you want to buy… at least not if you actually want to be able to tell the time!
As always, if you like it - buy it! However, if you want to continue shopping for a more legible watch, check out my comparisons I recommend buying over this GA2100-from the yellow Casio G, to the Christmas Casio G, to a cheap Bauhaus, and a few others that might surprise you. Also, check out the light and lume on one of my absolute favorites watches that actually is easy to read.

LOL, "full sun" for a negative display. That's the best way to read it. Negative shows very , very well in bright light

If you want a stealth g shock get the AWG - it's compact, has solar & atomic clock for about the same price.
I have the ( soon to be discontinued?! ) earth grey version.
What that & the 'stealth' version have in common ( which too me is more pleasing) are that the indices are not too ( or at all) contrasting with the rest of the dial.
However, one can get the white hand version & easily open the watch & paint the indices, which I might do.
I do dislike how this & other ani - digi s don't show just the world time name & the time ( I don't want to see the seconds of my like go by; enough of them have already gone by). Cheerio.

disagree. I own it. The lume on the hands is excellent. I used to sleep with my Marathon JSAR with Maraglo because they shined all night. But kept hitting my girlfriend in the head with that 200g hung of stainless steel. So, now the Casioak is much less a weapon, and the hands also glow well all night long. Can wake anytime, and quickly glance and see the time. And my eyes are terrible.
I gotta call bs on that. Unless you sleep with the lights on, there's no way the lume lasts all night. That's not possible. I have four ga-2100s and three master of g analog watches all with lumed hands and none of them last for more than an hour. G shock lume is not built to last that long.
i have the silver white marker version and i just do not understand the hype over the stealth black one u cannot read it whatsoever!!!
I actually think there is no real hype. I'm in Germany and here you can order one online any day for less than 90 Euros. The people saying it's a "limited edition" don't make sense to me either....
@@reinulf656 dont get me wrong my eyes these days arent the best but the stealth black to me is just unreadable fullstop !! i have the 2100 white indicies variant and the ga 800 and to me theyre the best easy reader GSHOCKS by far !!!
