- this is some leftover footage from my trip to Guadeloupe this summer -- a little piece of calm and quiet that i brought home with me.
it's easier to feel safe and happy when you're in a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature. it's not so easy when we're back in a stressful urban life, facing work responsibilities and social duties. feeling easily overwhelmed and anxious, i try to go back to these moments when i felt safe, through a series of self-care activities involving self-compassion and slow living.
sometimes i even forget what it's like to be in that safe space. if that's your case, i hope this video can help you feel it, so you can slowly find your way back 🌸

You are back!🥰
This video was so relaxing. Reading the words, the music, the scenery. Just very grounding. I think I’m going to cut social media as well. It depresses me and I end up comparing my life and how I look to others and I spiral. Thank you for the tips ❤
Thank you for sharing your feelings 🩷 its so great if you can take a break off social media! I dont cut it out completely but i take breaks once in a while. It helps me a lot. I hope you find some peace through that as well 🥰
Inspiring video! I liked your tips a lot. I agree on the music and being around animals and trusted people.
When I was in Sri Lanka on vacation I listened to my favoritue music when I felt homesick.
