Boxing day stretch, lovely and much needed. Whenever I do these strap classes, without realising I always end up in a workout frame of mind. Try to bring it back and relax the arms until 20 seconds later I'm at it again.😅

Social isolation day 38: I don’t know why I haven’t tried this practice before! Great stretch especially for the shoulders, I’m going to incorporate the shoulder exercise into my daily practice from now on. I felt my shoulders relaxing during the practice and I’ m sure it will greatly improve the flexibility in my upper body. Especially useful to help my daily cycle ride. x x
I would be happy with more guidance on the balancing! I had quite some trouble finding my balance in some of these exercises so I had to pause a lot :)
Hey Rishika, although this can be quite a tough physical workout, it's not really focused on weight loss, so I would say look for HIIT or strengthening workouts specifically :) x

Can you do a 30 min vinyasa flow minimal cues with straps
I will pop that on the list :) I'm trying to use less cues in my more recent videos.... I'm pretty chatty so it's a challenge for me haha! x x x
