41:04, he reason the BOLT was so danged hard to remove - after it was almost out, was that you had "ball-peened" the threaded end so much, the diameter of the threaded end was so much MORE than that of the hole, which resulted in the force needed to slide it through
Can I make a suggestion, for the next time/s you have frozen bolts to remove - use a car steering rod bearing puller, but have a sliding hammer that you can screw into the bolt hole of the claw, instead of the bolt which pushes the steering joint out of the arm.
That way, you will have an "in-line" hammer - instead of that 45 degree obtuse angle to work with.

The 2004-2006 YFZ450's are notorious for crank bearings going out ... especially if you don't keep up with the oil changes ... In 2007, Yamaha added the oil squirter to the clutch side case cover, that shoots a stream of oil into the crank rod bearings.

Nice that the seller allowed filming, makes a pleasant change. NEVER leave possessions out in the open unattended!Maybe should've used a long drift bar, with the Hammer action drill thing (interesting solution l'll remember that) and kept going from the Right Hand side? Amazing the top end and other parts survived, good job it stopped turning over!

Honestly looks like it got hot and seized blued so… definitely got too hot… I also suggest you pull the metal filter on the bottom of the oil tank and replace it filled with metal on my 400 and also had to torch out my swing arm bolt fyi

You need to invest in a crankshaft press jig if your going to be doing this for a while so it will save you a ton of money! On that swingarm bolt try drilling a small hole in the center of each side and putting pb blaster for a day or two

rod seized on the crank lol... Look how discolored the crank is where the rod sits.. Its like a rainbow. I think it got hot a little bit lol... JUNK.... This is SUPER common on the yammer 450s they run hot constantly and then shit breaks. Most of the time the rod welds to the crank lol like you see or the crank bearings fail and it sound really cool.. JUNK JUNK JUNK..

Air hammer for the save!! I just got one last summer and idk how I lived without one for so long! 😂 definitely make sure you clean the oil pump assembly! Or you’ll be right back in there! And I do lightly hone nikasil cylinders 😬 still need to be able to get new rings to seat. I haven’t had it as a point of failure yet knock on wood 😂

You should do the oil mod to that thing I think 04 -06 have a lower pressure pump and they do not have a oil squirter that sprays on the rod I’ve done a few of them with basic tools I’ve had one of the 450s I’ve done for seven years and have had no bottom end problems

It's most likely the pick up coil to close to the flywheel.,or to far away from the flywheel magneto 🧲 magnet.,or the carburetor needs to be cleaned out again. It's possible to have water in the fuel to inside of the fuel tank. I'd check the intake reed valves behind the intake manifold. Cause it could be bad reed valves is the problem with it to. the reed valves can do that exact same issue like it's bad fuel.,or A bad pick up coil issues. I'd check the vented fuel tank gas cap to.

Another thing that could be the issue is it has the wrong main jet inside the carburetor to. That can cause those same types of issues on those engines to. Cause A offset main carburetor jet can cause those no power.& Get up.& Go issues to. If that tab is broken off to it will effect the timing for sure. It might need tig welding done.,or mig welding done to fix that tab problem on it to Joe. It has to o be on that engine block.,or separate spacer plate one. On those split case engines for sure.
