@@ballsyxwith the air box removed it’s getting more air than what it normally would. Along with the exhaust being opened up its breathing better than what it was stock. Any time you make changes to the air box or exhaust it needs to be tuned for it to run efficiently as possible. It’ll run without a tune and the computer will adjust or try to to the changes made but it will not run as good as it could with a tune. These guys clearly know what they are doing. I’m sure they flashed the ecu or put a power commander on it at the least
Assembled in hours, not built. You had all the parts laid out and already powered coated. All that was left was to put it together. I built mine in a week, working on it after I got off work from my normal job. That included starting from a bone stock Raptor and modifying the frame. Could it be done in 24 hours? Sure, with a few guys that know what they are doing. IDK why you didnt do that tho. Would have been a lot more of an interesting video, than putting together a lego set.
There’s zero need for frame fabrication here he got his shit professionally powder coated instead of a backyard spray paint job when it comes to this shit unless your engine swapping tuning or timing it’s all bolt on and off
Is very pretty. Hopefully this 1 doesnt grenade! Needs a rear rotor drsperately....swingarm sticks out too as a tad budget....a billet suter would go down a treat, not that it will serve a purpose on the street. Would love and up to date weight and cost for this gem.
love the clean nice shop hate clutter and places that are just nasty as hell with a ton of junk everywhere keep your work area clean boys it will make a to of diff. but building a quad in 24hrs does not count if everything is already prepped that is not a 24 hour build that is assembly the build includes frame rework paint and all the prep almost click bait my friend

All you did was assemble it onto a frame already cut and welded etc. now if u cut the raptors frame and welded and installed the engine and everything, in 24 hours, then you can claim to have built a r1 into raptor in 24 hours.. " we installed a r1 engine in a already modified raptor frame in 24 hours" there i fixed the title for you free of charge.

That engine Needs a whole new ecu flash with the Airbox removed and a different exhaust. It is gonna be running super Lean
