- We set up our SYIL CNC machines by ourselves... and you can too. It's MYTH that you can't set up a CNC machine by yourselves without professional riggers and we show you just that.

Wish I were 10 years or a bit more younger, I'm pushing 67 but this would have been my dream machine to start out
Start now. Think Colonel Sanders...
Don't let age hold you back.....I bought a CNC mill for my 70th birthday.....been having a blast with it for the past 8 months.
I'm 66 next month and just bought an X5. Go for it!
Absolutely love all the shout outs! Great video y’all 💪🔥
You're real making America great again.
Now show us how to do it with a pallet jack in a garage lol
Can't do it. These machines weigh 4800lbs. Gotta get a forklift.
@@davidmiller2167 I guess you've never seen a 5k lb pallet jack then.... we've moved a VF2 before with them ....
@@Steelcrafted does a pallet jack have enough vertical travel to get these off the bolts on the shipping pallet? Doesn't look like it to me
@@davidmiller2167 you would have to block it up probably
toe jack and 10,000lb rigging rollers moved my 2,500lb tool and cutter grinder. I do have a I-beam 4,500lb with a hoist but not used it yet for this. Will do when I disassemble for inspection, repaint and whatever repairs needed
Anyone else want to see the Syil lathe offering?
My boss and I have moved a UMC1000 with a quartet of machine skates and a golf cart before.
Did I just see teflon tape on a JIC fitting @ 1.50.....? Please tell me I didn't
LOVE love all the vids guys!
one question............. why are you tapeing flare fittings?
I love what youre doing with Syil! I know youre the national distributor for the USA but could you imagine expanding to maybe germany or similar? You got the skills and all for it and we'd be happy to have you!
29k for a brand new machine. In my country you can't get an old used one in a good shape for this price
You guys gonna cover the Syil lathe products?
Awesome to see first hand, people buying these machines to start their own machining businesses
I can see a little of Polish accent there😅. The spirit level made in Poland. Before WWII the VIS factory was constructing weapons.
I am big fan of your program. It helped me so much with subject ,,Technology of Machines".
Greetings to you

I want to see a comparison between the different controller options!
I did setup 7.5 ton matsuura vmc myself. Sliced bread generation
You got any info or thoughts of the upcoming syil u5 ?
U5 coming next?
When would you upgrade the spindle on the X7 (choose the 30k rpm HSK-E40 over the stock 12k rpm BT30 spindle). Im a bit on a budget and dont know if its necessary to pay the extra 9500€ when I will cut mostly AW7075 and Ti-6Al-4V?
If you are going to be making large production runs or if you are going to be micro machining (1/8" and under tools), the 30k spindle would be a notable benifit. Also keep in mind HSK holders are going to cost more than BT30.
Thank you very much you Champs!!!!!
Teflon tape on an AN fitting?
X7 work envelope x:15.748" y:11.811" z:14.96" Are these dimensions with or without work holdings vises or hold down fixtures? 🤔
Is there a recommended concrete floor thickness to properly support these SYIL CNC machines?
I started cnc 15 years ago with a Haas lathe and mill. I want to move form Haas, which control is likely best for me given 15 years on only Haas, I also use the Renishaw whips.
Just curious as to why you want to move away from Haas?
I wanted to upgrade to something more reliable, something that offers more than 10 years service backup and something more accurate, DMG ect@@phillhuddleston9445
Are y’all going to offer classes for running these machines?
Yes, online tutorials will come out on titansofcnc.com
What controls do you offer with these machines.
ie fanuc ,siemens, etc
Fanuc, Simens, Syntec, LNC, for most of them
4:43 Poland, my country!
What company produces those levels ?
I think it's VIS@@buzatuflorinalexandru5757

At 1:50 min you do not need Teflon for the upper Joint (:
Haas Mini Mill Best Machine
Operator Friendly control and Machine Operating
Sure, but look at the price tag -
You might be surprised…
Also, Syil is built better, is more powerful and is at a lower price.
But, can you get almost any part you would ever need and a qualified tech to come out and fix it within a few days time? You get what you pay for and good service is worth more than a low starting price.
they really need forklift pockets on the side of the machines, not just from the front. And offer a multi tap transformer. The voltage here works out to be about 350v out of transformer. The machine likes 380. The manual cover both controls but no program examples the way haas does.
MRP kya he is ki
How do i get one in my storage room without ripping out the wall?
you would probably have to pay them so build it in the room lol
Are these machines 3 phase?
For sure
LNC controller is single phase. All other controllers are 3 phase.
dude put Teflon on a flared fitting LMAO
Only titans of cnc can make cnc so bro'ey
How heavy are they?
2.5 ton, +/-
Boom !😊
Live in Canada.... Too much tax, won't be able to afford any of these unless I save save up for next 40 years.
Tips on how to not use a fork lift:
Either
1) surgically remove the middle of the pallet while it's still sitting on the pallet..
Or
2) cut off all excess pallet around the perimeter.
Either use a pallet jack in the middle with blocks, or use toe jacks on the perimeter of the casting.
Remove pallet from under machine. If you can't go high enough, surgically cut the bolts.
Lower machine down slowly using necessary blocking to aid stability.
Use skates or pallet jack to move into position.
Sweet!
TITAN "Making America Great Again"
you use a Polish spirit level :). these machines have a thin structure and look poor
Made in China, interested in how they're built
*assembled in China with parts from Germany, Switzerland, Japan, etc

They do a lot of advertising because a lot of companies sponsor them. A lot of companies sponsor them because they’re a big name in machining especially with students.
I didn't realize they were doing anything "special" until the end. WHOOP-TEE-DOO
I dont get how you preach about everything being done in america while becoming a distributor for a Chinese mill manufacturer?
