Tried my Simplex the other day for the first time, enjoyed it so much I didn’t use my Nox for the rest of the afternoon. Wow that 1966 half penny was in great nick.
Thinking about getting a Simplex as I'll mostly be doing beach detecting and I won't have to break the bank so to speak. I like the fact that it's waterproof too 👍

nice to see some footage of the Simplex in salty conditions. Sells me more and more. Sweet 925 with some definite character to it. The crease across the front is awesome, in my book.
nokta makro doing what nokta makro does nice reveals i will stick my neck out and say this not a entry level machine more mid range but at a price similar to the entry garrett ace 250 price with more techy creature comforts though
@@linr2870 well aquachigger has lots of machines and every stream he uses it no 1 you tube detecting views and i love nokta makro i have 1 and will be buying the simplex but the max gold and pro are the pinnacle of detectors especially water hunting every detector does a job for specific stratas making statements regarding performance is vague and misleading i would never use the at gold on wet sand not good but not a rubbish machine you get my point not a completly tangible statement you made
@@sprayzzz5545 Just google "AT Max chatter". It is a big problem. I owned one sent it back to be repaired they put new coil and said it was fixed. It was worse.
Hi Aaron, great informative and unbiased video reviews. On the basis of which (and others it has to be said), I've just purchased my first detector - a Nokta Macro Simplex! Plan to hit the beach at the weekend for my first detecting session, let's see how your hints and tips work out!

I'm new to metal dectecting. I recently purchased a nokta simplex. I'm planning to go to the beach, after jeep topless weekend. There will probably be 10,000 drunk people on that the beach. Looking forward to trying the simplex on the beach.
Am a new bleeper as they say lol am from the north-east of England and am trying to research my local area a found a coin and army badge on my first try but nowt good again but still trying I have the simplex coz got told it was easy for new bleepers so a did and a think it’s a good machine waterproof simple to use a recommend it to beginnings and am hoping and pray a start getting some coins and anything that’s old it’s a good adrenaline finding something old a suffer from mental illness and a find this to help me a lot as ya get out the house get excise and keep ya mind off things and have been watching this vids to help me on my detecting and am jealous of some of the things u find a mint have to try the beach soon like
Bought my simplex a few months back. Haven't taken it to the beach yet. It's been to hot triple digits here in Texas.. plus with the C@**d , and quarantine they wont let us go to the beach. But I think I'm going to try it tomorrow to see what it will do. Congrats on the finds!!! And free money is Freeeee money. Happy hunting!
Cracking vid Arron nice to see a pre-decimal in mint condition 👍 silver as well to top off a great hunt, the only thing that is no way a reflection of the capabilities of the simplex is was hoping to see more on the wet sand
I’ve seen Geoff Beeping mad pull out old coins shiny and spotless, it’s the sand I think, it keeps them in good nick. Plus old coins were made of decent metals 👍

I would love a squirt bottle. I just got my simplex yesterday. Where is the best spot on the coils to mark my dig. I’m thinking under the name but I seems to be off when I dig. Today was my first time detecting and I’m in love already

Hi Aron was watching your video on that beach your father in law lost that ring was listening to your settings and I couldn’t hear the next setting from the recovery speed of 5 I noticed the next setting was 4 but I couldn’t hear what it was for could u let me know cheers great videos mate very informative

I would say it works far better than the AT Max unit I had one it was trash. Chatterbox non stop and ID's all over the place.

Sadly they don’t make them anymore, ezmate is the maker, they do a similar style online but not sure who stocks it.
