It's a race car of a friend. Doing the work per hour, it was just easier to fix it while he sourced the other parts. New quarters are pricey, and new or used it would have needed the same procedures anyway. If it was an insurance claim, it would have gotten a new one.

It's a porche not sure what year..regardless those quarters are pricey and not complex to shape I think this is the right decision for a race car.
