well well well what an amazing video Jared, thank you for the tips on blending lighting shots, I was suffering cause it was windy! Also thanks for the tip of the tray and the recommendation to pick the fireworks garbage up.
Another great video. I really like that you said you keep your ISO at 400; the old days always required ISO 100, but new sensors and photoshop/lightroom really allow for much higher ISOs which is great for capturing movement!
When I take stuff outside I have some plastic lidded bins that I got at wal mart. I try to get the poses I want while inside then lay them into the bin carefully in that pose. Then put in my panel lights and what else I need. And my camera has a strap on it around my neck
since you're a big star wars guy, were you able to nab the starkiller figure? I was able to get that box set and he is awesome. I wanna try to recreate the scene of him pulling down the star destroyer.
I’d love a specific video showing how you protect your figures using practical effects. I have some Mezco figs I’d love to figure out how to use practical effects, but am worried about damaging them or dirtying them in a permanent way. Any tips or thoughts?
Fantastic video! I like your little Jedi mind trick you did in there. Could you do a video with muzzle flash and lighting too make it look real? Like machine gun fire from a GIJoe battle? 🙏🙏🙏
Really enjoy seeing you edit the images mate. Another cracking set up. Never thought about the what ifs before, such a cool take on a much loved scene. Excellent work 👍🙂
I realy love your videos and learning a lot as a toy photography beginner..I love your ideas for the photos and how you always explain about lightning and figure poses
These videos are fantastic, they're entertaining and so very helpful.
Hey! So glad you think so, that means a lot 😭😭

Yes that is so smart!! I also try my best to keep the poses, but they often get slightly altered during the transport 🤣 thanks for watching!

That sounds amazing! And no I didn’t grab him yet! I’m hoping to get the simpler release when he is out!
@@sirdork730 I just have to figure out how to pull it off, might try the figure in front of the TV trick.
@@buzzsawgr81 maybe use one of the mini star destroyers and use forced perspective!

This is awesome - thanks so much for this video! Love hearing/seeing you break down your shooting and editing processes
How long on average does it take to edit your photos? Like in this clip 🤔
Usually about an hour! This is one has a lot more editing than usual, so this one might take longer 🤔
@@sirdork730 thanks Jarod!! Been loving your content since 2020!! Always find myself rewatching some of your videos for inspiration!! 😄
Maybe you can make some break down photography with water, like under the water or something like that
