I was taking pictures at dark today. Been shooting at night for awhile the dark offers all kinds of interesting possibilities light and dark contrast are fun too play with. I built that custom Krampus figure I’m loving it😎

I took Captain Marvel out at night and posed her on the snowbanks. In one shot, because the snow had melted slightly and then refroze, she was on a layer of ice and it looked like she was hovering. In another shot I had her posed like she was jumping down from the snowbank. I made a cloak for Jon Snow and had him out in the deep snow; managed to get a shot with a snowflake on the collar of his cloak.
have you ever thought about taking some pics with the warhammer40k space marine toys from mcfarland or however you spell it? also loved the vid!

Here in mid Michigan so I'm aware of the struggles of shooting outside in the winter. IT SUCKS!! but somehow it doesn't stop me.
Out shooting some pics today, but today my car is parked less than 15 feet from my figures. I'll be in it warming up every 15 minutes.

since Im an expat living in Thailand we dont get snow so right now Im doing a sugar and water mixture and outting sting that I made like a wall and single strings anf trying to makr ice walls and will see if I cane get it to work.

bro your lucky you have snow there, here in Germany 1. Freezing cold 2. Not a single bit of snow 3. if its snow it comes down at night and then melts or combines with dirt and water 4. there is 0 Sun 5. its always cloudy andit rain alot. I would love snow here but Germany sucks in the winter and its kinda depressing

When i was 11 years old i stuffed the head of an A.T.S.T. with firework gunpowder in small co2 bulbs to try and learn special effects and i recorded it on my dads movie camera, i don't know why the neighbours complained at 2am. I mean if they heard it at 2am then they were up to late.
