Hello. i know this is an old post but hay. love what your doing by the way. but i have a question. i have a felting machine which i put away but now would like to play with it again just felting my scraps from other playing around. BUT i can not find a place to buy the new needles. have you any links please. actually i did fond a couple of places and the wanted so much for just 3 needles i can not afford silly money. any help i would be gratefully. Thank you. x
It seems to be a problem finding needles the right length for this machine. I’ve occasionally had luck on eBay. The best and cheapest thing is if you have really strong wire cutters you can cut regular felting needles shorter to fit.
@@katelynnm5686 i am for shore going to try it. braking needles put my off for a while pluss ill health so haven't been on the machine for a bout 7years. if this works i will be so pleased and will be felting again and not worrying about the expense of brakeage. x
I’m so sorry, I missed your comment somehow. Unfortunately it’s getting difficult to find the needles. If you have a way to cut normal felting needles shorter they do fit in the machine.
What was the fabric underneath the felt and do many different fabrics come in handy? 😃👍
It’s just cotton fabric. You can buy fabric scraps and experiment.
