Machine Felting Demo - Part 1

I just purchased myself a new toy, a 12 needle Deluxe Felting Machine by Simplicity. I've only had it a few days but I've been experimenting like crazy. Here are my first few experiments; felting a scene; felting with thicker wool and yarn; felting just wool roving; felting cut up pieces of felted wool to one another.
So far I'm incredibly happy with my new toy and look forward to future experiments!

I can't tell you how many needles I've broken on my machine. what am I doing wrong?
