This clock is for flat earth not a globe. As originally intended, designed & use of its practical application. After the great reset it was revised and now has that globe that makes 0 logical sense by all measures of the clock. Because they completely changed one of the dials on the clock and it originally used a Azimuthal Equidistant map, which was depicted as a flat earth. The clock was apparently first restored in 1866 and has been redone four times since. Though I doubt most people do the simple research one way or the other. Like yourself, you could have easily answered your own question within three minutes of research but didn’t. I personally, don’t know what they earth truly looks like, simply because I’ve never been to outer space.

You should check out celestial navigation videos, go out there and test it, and then try to somehow twist the math into working for a flat earth and probably die trying
That there is a beautiful history of astronomical/astrological belief in a flat earth (and numerous other worldviews around the world across time) doesn't necessarily make it true anyway

The point is, in past peoples have no clocks, but just sun. They woke up with sun and so on. So it doesnt matter in historical point if view how this semi- historical clock works :-D
