Geocentric clock! Sweet. It’s exactly how we see the luminaries moving from our vantage point. This clock, my eyes, Polaris(an ever fixed mark),long distance photography, water levelling, no shift in parallax, eclipses, the moons strange behaviour, lasers, radar, line of sight military weapons, satellites on balloons, electromagnetic north, and the list goes on. It’s good to know the truth.
polaris moves, it circles the celestial pole, limitations of lasers, radar and los all prove the earth to be a globe. Information from satellites again show the planet we live on to be a globe, those held aloft by balloons for short periods can never be used for navigation, unlike those launching into various orbits around the earth. Ah yes Earths electromagnetic field, thanks for providing yet more evidence for the rotation of the planet we live on.
That clock and all other clocks weren't built for a globe, because a globe is stupid and everyone knew it before our current time. This phenomenal clock was built for a flat stable unmoving earth with a dome firmament above us. Wonder why it works so perfectly?
I disagree, in that the sky looks different depending on latitude. The fact that the time shown by the Sun and Moon are local times (Prague unique) has nothing to do with whether the earth was considered flat or not. In fact the "Earth" image on the clock face is a sphere. It was just easier to make the clock in 2-D. In our "time" where the 24 hours are equal and jump in 1 hour (or less or more) increments along semi-random longitude boundaries is as you say, stupid. We agree there. It's much better to use verifiable local time, provided it's locked to the underlying Epoch seconds value for event synchronization.

@@lloydbolton8183 Sir, as I said in my video, I am neither an astronomer nor a mathematician. I think your interesting question is better posed elsewhere.
Time challenge: Sun is sitting in the middle of Cancer (June 21 - July 20)... So June 21 + 15days = July 6 Since the hour is being blocked, so on the opposite side of the arm (Reverse T) is sitting appropriately 1/6 pass II, so the time should be approx 2:10pm. June is 1hr pass daylight, so it should be 3:10pm. Sun is sitting 1 section passed 18hrs. So it's appropriately 5hrs and 50min before sun set. Therefore, the time shown in the challenge is: July 6, 3:10pm, sun sets at 9pm ish.
UNA thanks for your comment - well, what you say seems to fly in the face of all available information; however, very happy to hear your arguments - so, have you any data to back up your claims?
Bohemian time and commencement of a day at sunset was not 'adopted' from Italy. The sole source for a day starting at sunset is the Judaistic version of creation where it was declared a day started at sunset. Judaism continues to practice the tradition, particularly in regard to the sabbath, and preceded Italy by millennia. So almost but not quite.
As the Masked Guide says the clock is a stereographic projection of a spherical earth. Even though this was built before Galileo the builders probably knew that the Earth is spherical - they just had enough justifiable fear of the church to not mention that.
Yes, Tycho Brahe had a sort of hybrid view in which he attempted to make sense of his astronomical observations. In a way it ended up being a hybrid of the geocentric and Copernicus' proposal. So in his model: all of the planets orbited the sun, and the sun and the moon orbited the Earth. www.loc.gov/collections/finding-our-place-in-the-cosmos-with-carl-sagan/articles-and-essays/modeling-the-cosmos/whose-revolution-copernicus-brahe-and-kepler
@@TheMaskedGuide Yes I am rather familiar with his model & still hold it as truth compared to those heliocentric models. His measurements were accurate & when he died they were handed to kepler. I see no psychological reasoning in favoring a heliocentric cosmology

@@TheMaskedGuide Astronomical clock aka as our celestial clock is our true time. The Stars above us is beyond our firmament and in the waters above, revolve at a constant 1 degrees every 4 minutes from east to west that is anticlockwise, this means they revolve at 15 degrees each hour. 15 degrees multiply by 24 hours is 360 full circle. The Stars above are fixed. They do not stray from their anticlockwise journey but revolve and complete a full circle everyday. The Stars are assigned into into fixed constellation. The 360 degree circle are divided into 12 divisional arc's of 30 degree's in which each constellation zodiac reside in. Each constellation is designated in 30 degree's arc with an antropomorphic symbol most of which are animals (zodiac, the Arc of the zoo). Each constellation of the zodiac moves from it's fixed position in the waters above at 1 degrees every 72 years. The Stars are fixed but every 72 years, the entire circle shift 1 degrees. This is what is called the precession of the equinox. So each Arc is 30 degree's, multiply 72 with 30 is 2160 years for the full circle above to shift one whole Arc. This is what is called an "Age", entering the dawn of the new age.

Find out what? That we've lied to our entire life in this short season spoken of in Revelation chapter 20.
Capricorn: January 20 - February 16
Aquarius: February 17 - March 11
Pisces: March 12 - April 18
Aries: April 19 - May 13
Taurus: May 14 - June 21
Gemini: June 22 - July 20
Cancer: July 21 - August 10
Leo: August 11- September 16
Virgo: September 17 - October 31
Libra: November 1 - November 23
Scorpio: November 24 - November 29
Ophiuchus: November 30 - December 18
Sagittarius: December 19 - January 19
Great video!
Thank you Palli - Glad you liked it.
I dont get it how to find a section from the picture, can someone pls explain? So the sun has to be shows the hour, the moon has to shows the date, and the stars tell the month
Thank you for uploading. I had the chance to witness a rocket launch in 2018. Unbelievable experience. I shared a pretty fun montage of the trip to my page.
Space Facts Wax, glad you liked the upload and thanks for your sharing your page.
Day 6th July (Start of Cancer + 15days)
Hour = 2:10 pm
Sunset: 8pm (18 bohemian hour + 6h to 24h, as Bohemian day starts at Sunrise)
Hello Cante and thank you for your comment. If you email me - themaskedguide@gmail.com, I will let you know if your answer is correct :)
YOUR photo, my guess:
6hrs left to sunset
time: 14:10
July 15th
Sunset 8:10
(+1 for the summer time change)
Funny enough I just shot a video today and did the exact same challenge. :)
Janek, thank you for your guess - I emailed you.
Lol! Its so weird I find you here Janek... I guess you are just like me... We needed to do a bit of research for your honest guide channel before uploading the video 🤣
Good, and I hope the Honest Guide will acknowledge my video when, and if, they present their own ClockFace Challenge
@@TheMaskedGuide I already wrote to you. I saw this video AFTER we shot ours. Lucky for me it can be proven... because there's a clock behind me :)
@@janekrubes Thanks, Janek - have written to you highlighting my video was launched 6 MONTHS before yours...and not sure how having a clock behind you is evidence.:)
Thanks for the video, great stuff! ... I am going to give it a try :)
The sun is on Cancer starting June 22 and it seems like it's 3 sections in, which is (3*5=15 days), so the day is June 22+15 = July 7.
The hand seems to be pointing to just after 2pm (2:15) so in summer time, it should be around 15:15.
The sunlight time shows at 18. Which means there are 6 more hours of sunlight left. So that makes the sunset at about 21:15 = 21:30
How far am I? :)
Adler, thanks for your message and for taking the challenge - if you email me, I will let you know how you did. themaskedguide@gmail.com
@@TheMaskedGuide Thank you, I will shoot an email. Btw, at 2'51" you called Tropic of Cancer, Tropic of Capricorn by mistake :) Also at 11'27" ... Bohemian civil time, instead of German civil time. :) It might be worth noting them somewhere to avoid confusion. :)
Correct me If I'm wrong, this photo is taken at 4 AM on 11th July with sunset at 9 PM which is kinda late though 😁 and with 17 hours of daylight remaining. ( I've added the 1hr correction since it is 11 July)
I am not sure wether the world is flat or spherical, but this clock can only work in a geocentric model, the heliocentric model is bogus, otherwise the clock wouldn't work anymore after 600 years of sun travel.
Makes perfect sense
if you search for pictures of clock before 2018 when it was "maintained" you will find that it had geocentric earth desingn in center...not ridiculous globe that makes no sense nor funcionality ....
Great video Brian lovely explanation of the clock, I love your comment about the huge mistake🤔 off-the-clock
the clock was perfectly made by tartaria oh and by the way the Earth is flat and stationary
Lloyd, thank you for your comments; glad you enjoyed the video. It seems, judging by the comments on this video from others, you are not alone in your thinking.
@@TheMaskedGuide would you consider this Brian if the clock was changed and if we had 13 months instead of 12 in your professional opinion how would that affect the clock the moon has thirteen Cycles 13 per year 28-day cycle x 12 =364 days and one day free for the Creator something interesting to think about would love to hear your comments makes a lot more sense than having 30 days in 31 days and a leap year
@@lloydbolton8183 Sir, as I said in my video, I am neither an astronomer nor a mathematician. I think your interesting question is better posed elsewhere.
Well done👍👍
Rajani, thank you for your comment- Glad you liked the video.
Nice Upload Bro! ❤👍
Thank you :)!
Time challenge:
Sun is sitting in the middle of Cancer (June 21 - July 20)... So June 21 + 15days = July 6
Since the hour is being blocked, so on the opposite side of the arm (Reverse T) is sitting appropriately 1/6 pass II, so the time should be approx 2:10pm.
Zac, thanks for your comment. If you email me at
themaskedguide@gmail.com, I will let you know :)
The clock is NOT in err. People's assumption that the earth goes around the sun is in err. The Ancients knew what they were doing.
UNA thanks for your comment - well, what you say seems to fly in the face of all available information; however, very happy to hear your arguments - so, have you any data to back up your claims?
Seems to me that people were much smarter in days gone by. I find this clock totally amazing, and need to understand it better.
Can someone who is a flat earther explain this. Someone who realizes the flat plane we live on is exactly like the face of a clock.
Can you make a video about Charles bridge 🙏🙏🙏
Silvana, thank you for your kind comments. What an excellent idea! Yes, it's top of my list :)
Lol! He went off the rails at the end, but otherwise this was AWESOME! 😉
Thank you, but was confused by the comment ' Went off the rails? '.
Perfection
Thank you :)
As the Masked Guide says the clock is a stereographic projection of a spherical earth. Even though this was built before Galileo the builders probably knew that the Earth is spherical - they just had enough justifiable fear of the church to not mention that.
I agree - thank you for your comment.
I can't understand it, but I'm gonna buy it. The clocks accurate because the sun does go around the earth. Earth is flat.
awesome
Why, thank you Dangerous poems. Your comment is much appreciated.
I had to stop the video when he said ''the earth goes around the sun'' does he not know that Tycho brahe was a geocentrist ?
@@Ai-Ex-Music if you search for pictures of clock before 2018 when it was "maintained" you will find that it had geocentric earth desingn in center...not ridiculous globe that makes no sense nor funcionality ....
This clock was built 150 years before Gallileo was born. Someone please explain?
Hello Mickel - thanks for your comment - explain what exactly?
And people nowadays can't read a regular clock...
It's a map
Brenda, thanks for your comment. A map? Would you care to clarify?
Very Zio thing to do when they made the restoration. Adding a Heliocentric Globe to replace the azimuthul equidistant flat earth map.
Flat earth
exactly, this clocks become weird and so complicated if you use a globe. Now you know the truth, right? they re not just changing the moon picture in the middle into a globe picture in the middle of the clocks for no reason. Thanks, may god save us
Thanks for the video! By the way, the Earth is flat that's why the clock works 👍🏽
Sidereal has 13 zodiacs on the ecliptic. Where is the 13th zodiac?
2 pm March 9th
Husni - thanks for your message - that's not quite right. Have another look and then email your answer to themaskedguide@gmail.com - look forward to hearing from you.
@@TheMaskedGuide Oops. I am not familiar with zodiac signs and I counted in the wrong direction. Now I got it. I'll mail it.
Great video, but just a heads up - the lines on the earth at 2:50 are misplaced. The Tropic of Cancer labelled is actually the equator, and so on...
Dan, thanks for your heads up - Yes, I realise I said Capricorn twice - Doh! I'll speak to my editor - 'Heads will roll!'
Hmm so Babylonian time was like the old Japanese time, how interesting!. Also proof that Czechs don't need no daylight saving, this clock never did!
Obe gong
One huuuge "mistake" 😂 sure 13:42
Earth is a astronomical clock.
Really ? How so? Can you share with us, please?
Earth is flat mate else the clock would not work.. god!
They ruined this clock. They litteraly put a globe on it. They are so desperate for us to not talk about a flat earth. It's hillarious.
This guy doesn't know that the sun DOES go around the earth. We can't fix anything with lies. What a shame
Lame guy, thank you for your response. Not sure what lies you mean? Would you care to clarify?
@@TheMaskedGuide sure. It's simple, the sun travels around the stationary earth. One can see the sun nestled in the clouds. That couldn't be if it were a million miles away.
@@TheMaskedGuide respectfully though, the rest of the video was great, I learned something
@Fintan 'the wise' mac Bóchra interesting. I'll definitely at some point in time research into this what you have presented to me. Thanks for sharing. Peace and love
