Hello God 👌👌
thank you
Very cool!
the goat
🙏🙏🙏
This band is getting so damn big. Just saw them in New York and they packed the house from front to back. These guy's are bringing hardcore to a ton of people that never would have given the genre a chance before hearing them. Excited to see them become a gateway band for a ton of people.
I'm fortunate i got into hardcore because of them. A great way to be introduced to a great genre
Yeah these guys and Counterparts are what truly got me into hardcore
Another generation from now and hardcore will not be so underground.
HARDCORE 4life mate. the best genre.
I normally don't like bands like Knocked Loose but their energy and stage presence overall makes me have no problem buying a ticket lol can't wait to see them with Fit for a King, Hatebreed, and Parkway Drive here in CO in Aug.
Bryan two stepping on the stage honestly makes me so hype

here's everytime he did it in this vid. there are other shows where he does it for longer and the cameraman gets better angles. hope this helped lol.
Me tooo
Knocked Loose takes so many influences from my generation of music (born in 86) and brings them together flawlessly...a very subtle nu metal influence, heavy hardcore and slam death influences, even techniques on the guitar that mathcore bands use, yet they never use technicality as a tool to show off and make noise without direction.
KL has gangsta fuckin songwriting that is easily digestible to all ranges of metal and hardcore fans, while keeping a solid work ethic. They deserve every bit of fame they have been getting, live shows like these are solid gold, I cant wait until August when KL slides through my neck of the woods so I can finally experience their live show full blast.
Imagine one or two albums down the road, how massive KL can grow if they stick with their signature sound and evolve it as well as they have thus far! They are a perfect example of how to structure and put together timeless songs, seamlessly mixing multiple genres of metal and hardcore while keeping in mind the live show....every song on their new album is a banger that a crowd of noobs that haven't heard of KL will jump in the pit immediately once they start playing.
Much love to this band, if you got friends that haven't heard of KL, you're a terrible friend
Better be ready
Best description of this band ive ever read
Wow! That's how you compliment a band as good as KL!
You forgot thrash, but excellent
Johnny Roberts I agree with all of that except there’s no Nu Metal influence.
Isaac = best live backing vocals a band could wish for
Like jason newsted for Metallica
Chi cheng from deftones
Agreed.
bryan's vocals are actually mental, him and isaac sound exactly like studio
It's playback
This Aint a Rap, Pop, or Boy Band Group to do Playblacks Yo...
@@TomEtoke It was a joke.
He sounds like Elmo
Rage against the machine is missing out by not having you film their sets this is so cinematic and well done it’s insane. Only in hardcore can you get coverage like this for free. The scene is Absolutely spoiled nowadays and it’s awesome.
I was just thinking KL's lead kinds sounds like Zach from RATM when he's talking loud lol
@@Pierorocks check out incendiary if you haven't already
Dude someone recorded this local band i did vocals for at a bar once with like 3 cameras and put it on his colorado hardcore channel lmfao
@@Hardc0rexParag0n 🤘🤘yes incendiary
Surprise surprise lol waiting for it to drop
Isaac and Bryan’s vocals together sound so insane. That moshpit really needed to open up smh my head. 🥋👊🤸
@dat boi sus god Roflmao🤣
dat boi sus god omg my god
I actually hate those Black Dahlia mids. Kind of kills it for me.
@@DiamondLifer well, I guess to each their own
Suren Osipyan definitely. I’m odd man out for sure. Everyone seems to love them. They just sound awkward to me. 🤷♂️
The frontline line of security was a bit much hahaha
classic aussie security, its a shame so many shows have a barrier.
you never know with a knocked loose show, shit can go down haha
you must've never been to a knocked loose show
Nothing says hardcore more than a barrier, amirite guys.
Probably wanted to protect stage stuff

34:30 "I need crowdsurfers. These security guards, they're here to catch you."
Guard on the bottom left : nuhuh nope nope
"Put em to work" LMFAO
Xander lmao I was in the front when he said that. The security guards looked extremely unimpressed hahaha
Hahahaha 😂😂😂 nuh uhhh 😂😂😂
As a "person that likes "metal" or that likes heavy music..." you can't deny how good 11:05 - 12:06 + is.
The guttural he does 😩
As a “person that likes “metal” or that likes heavy music…” you can’t deny how good 0:00 - 39:00 + is
Thank you hate5six for allowing me to relive one of if not THE best memory from this year so far🙏🙏🙏
That barrier is embarrassing
sometimes barriers are there to insure the crowd is hearing a proper mix and not just a single guitar monitor aswell
elbows to the back of heads until they move
@@chYnaRIP Edgy kid
Cruel to our own True
@Cruel to our own Seems you like them though since you're here commenting.
I swear by next year Bryan's vocals will be at a pitch only audible to dogs.
That mix though 👌
Matthew Larkin honestly very good for live!
All the videos on this channel have killer sound.
Major props to the person who mixed and mastered the sound- it sounds amazing!
John floriani from trophy eyes guesting on counting worms is a whole ass mood
that little bass line at 37:43 has me going insane
One of the best hardcore bands in the scene today, while technically being one of the best metal core bands in the scene today
Such a good set, the amount of energy people had despite going from 1pm was amazing to be apart of, the metro theatre was an amazing venue to be at bar the barrier for the main stage and a small step in the floor that was right on the edge of the pit, can't wait for next year's invasion fest, and can't wait for knocked loose to come back to Aus, and of course amazing footage of every single set
37:54 John from trophy eyes
Oh shit didnt even notice! Good eye!
Such a weird cameo
do circle pits turn the other way in australia :o
Bryan Garris: The only hardcore frontman that can wear matchbox20 merch and still look badass
In hardcore nobody actually gives a shit what you wear. Ironically, in my experiences the people wearing the most off the wall shirts are the most insane ones there
it feels like its been a while since they've played the gospel and it makes me so happy it was the first one I heard of theirs before laugh tracks was released
The first 5 minutes of this had me thinking I was in a nuclear war. Outstanding show. The quality of the recording is also astonishing
damn I'm really watching this a year after the show. I miss shows so much
The sound quality is insane!
Great day at Invasion Fest. Thanks Sunny for coming to Aus to film it!
11:29 Bryan's "OOUULL"
Drummer is batshit insane. Stayed right on through the whole thing.
Hes so consistent and has so many great licks up his sleeve
20:56 Best Friend goals
Moral of the story: never get legitimately famous, they’ll put that barrier up and kill your shows lmao
Lol it's crazy. They let people on stage for Jesus Piece just before them! And they do have one show (at least) on that tour in Melbourne where they had a legit stage
@@bmxr324 Jesus piece played on a different stage at the same venue, that barrier was there the whole time. You can see it in the vids for The Red Shore, Terror, Alpha Wolf, JFTD.
Sydney sucks xD
Yeah, cause a barrier kills a show
Yeah having a giant room full of people on a different continent screaming your lyrics really must have sucked for them
Off-topic warning but I recently got tinnitus likely due to noise exposure, had it for over a month now and it makes your life hell. It blows my mind that some of the band members and most the audience don't use any ear protection. Seriously people, protect your ears.
My father has been a saxophone and guitarist since the late 60s. And he hadnt gotten that a few years ago. He cannot sleep without backround noise and says its terrible. He regrets all the years he played out without ear pritection. And i too can say ur very right about this. Ive seen bands from big stages to little clubs and the noise can be outrageous.
We all already have it bro lol
Seriously, it blows my mind that most of these guys aren't all deaf. I saw High on Fire last November, only my 4th concert ever, and my ears are STILL trashed. Tinnitus, hyperacusis, and muffled hearing, totally wasn't worth it. Might as well have gone to a gun range without protection. The venue staff were all wearing earplugs. In a recent interview Matt Pike said the best piece of advice he ever got was from Lemmy, to never wear earplugs. I don't know how the dude plays so loud on a nightly basis. I was standing in the back by the doors and it was painfully loud, I can't imagine taking 130 dB directly from the source. Protect your hearing dudes, seriously. The dB's these bands play at can cause permanent damage literally in seconds.
I'm 49 and went to hundreds of shows when I was younger and yes, it sucks. I have partial hearing loss due to loud music
First rule, always use ear plugs 🤟
Looking forward to the side shows more. Less security and more wild. With that said this set is great in every damn way.
Love how at the start of Billy No Mates, he says he needs crowd surfers and to make these guards work and one of em just shakes his head😂 Sec Guards gotta have PTSD after a knocked loose show. Saw them in 2018 at the Intersection with Beartooth. Shit was insane. First time I ever heard, and been hooked ever since
11:31 so short but banger
that's what my ex said
This fest was absolutely unreal was amazing to see some amazing American and Australian bands play at what I will say Australia’s only hardcore festival.
In this time yeh. But we had Hardcore "fest" for years in the early/mid to later 2000's and it was a hell time
Goodness 8:58
20:55 stomp stomp stomp
How the fuck did they do that so clean without saying anything to each other lmao
I love that so fucking much
bryan hard as diamonds in that matchbox twenty shirt
David Call doesn’t Rob Thomas have a song called Her Diamonds? Haha
Dying for them to release the Oldham County intro as a single 🙌
i wish there was pit coverage 😭 incredible set and filming though 👊🏼
Put a dude in there with a GoPro strapped to his head. That’d be some intense footage.
Doesnt matter what you say about this band but they brought a lot of genres of music to the forefront of mainstream music in a way that hasn't happened since metal core broke the barriers of music.. so say what you will happy to see them killing it
Josiah Lutcher 100% agreed. Haven’t heard many bad things about KL tbh, they’re definitely an acquired taste but once you get into them there’s no fuckin going back.
@@themaseofspades6857 preach
It's a very subtle thing but I fucking LOVE how they use that flanger effect on random parts during live sets. Wished they used it more on albums, hopefully in the future. By The Grave is the only one on the album that they use it. Just love that sound since I grew up on Van Halen and Eddy abused the shit out of that sound. Love that one of my fav bands is using it.
I think the hardest part of being a frontman is coming up with stuff to say while the rest of the band tunes.
That barricade is just fckn things up but the job the band , the sound engeneer , the film crew and the producers of this video did makes it still awesome .
I hope I'm not the only one that just started cracking up at 9:44 when he says that's not good enough.
Hate5six and knocked loose: kings of hardcore
These guys are incredible live. Also, mixing is top notch
Yo Isaac is a badass hype man. I’d call him a front man.
11:31 so fucking brutal man
god damn I was so late to the party with this band but I'm glad I finally made it
Why is no one talking about the guttural-ish low vocal Bryan did at 26:05?
I've never heard him do anything other than highs until now.
Wow I never caught that and I come here often. That is one of the lowest screams I have ever heard!
Bryan does inhale gutturals a lot live
He literally does a baby one at 11:30
This was a sick day. Any footage of Jimmy Kyle's speech before they played?
thatninjarider i hope theres some. Was so touching, apart from the guy yelling racist remarks
@@michvelnvsh what happened?
Alex R there was a pro native australian speech being spoken (which was beautiful). The speech was full of love and there was some bogan screaming hatred about white people
dude has some pipes man, the vocals sound exactly like the studio version, just as the gulch frontman
the lack of moshing hurts me

Mad Trophy Eyes respect as well during Counting Worms
@@ZekPlaysHD absolutely!
Who him is?
This part was sick to see live
Photographer reaction at 0:38 is priceless
Home girl yawning 30 seconds into the set, give me your spot since you so bored!!
@@themaseofspades6857 lol seemed like an "oh shit" expression but it could have been a yawn
39 minutes straight goosebumps.
that oldham county intro ...broo! :D
I was playing this style when I was 29, I'm now 50. Hydrahead records lives on!
I wish In the walls was played live more. Such a damn good set though!
11:30 is the best part.
this live set gives me goosebumps, i’d to attend a live show before the end of the world, respects from Chile 🇨🇱
12:15 is the reason for which I fell in love with this band. They help me express how fucking angry and frustrated I get about things like racism, homophobia, and misogyny.
what was the crowd waiting for? knocked loose is life
this is so well mixed omg
i love knocked loose, have been listening for years now
11:30 ALRIGHT I SEE YOU
This is nuts 🔥🔥👌🏽
They go so fucking hard. I was supposed to see them a few weeks ago but the plague has destroyed that dream.
They did some cool camera work on the beginning of Counting Worms.
Damn nobody can really do Emma’s part like Emma holy fuck
1:51 here we go
Thanks for the uploads really nice quality
There drummer is always on point
Why is the bass player looking to the amplifier the hole show?
Issaac at 5:44 lmfao
Your videos are the best quality for live shows, period. Love it ♥
This was the best night of my life.
Is the lead singer wearing a Matchbox 20 shirt or reference? "Yourself or someone like you" was the name of Matchbox 20's debut album
Proof that john floreani can front a hardcore band too
Darkbloom legit listen to Trophy Eyes, pre Chemical Miracle. They were basically a Melodic Hxc band
Best metal band out right now, can’t tell me otherwise.
They're not metal
Hardcore*
Jimmy V best djent metal band out rn
Mate this is drum and bass
23:06 fuck that got me moshing in my living room
These guys got me into hardcore. Such a wicked band🤘
best live vid of 2020 s/o hate5six
This was on my birthday. Hell yeah.
Oblivions Peak gave me a black eye through my phone. Fuck, that middle part is intense.
He sounds so similar to Jacob Bannon in this. So damn good.
How come the crowd didn’t ever get into it?
For real man, sitting here in lockdown wishing I was in that pit haha
HOLY FUCK I MISS GOING TO SHOWS. I got so hyped watching this 😂
There are things i hate in life. But a knocked loose show, with a barrier just really makes me want to jump into a pool of sharks
9:20 is me the morning after hot wings on the toilet
28:28 OH. MY. GOD
I saw them in a malevolence show like 3 years ago with nobody even knowing them, the fuck, hahaha.
So amazing, I knew about them when I saw them but after i've seen them live I instantly got the album.
I saw that comment now, I was on that malevolence headliner Tour too and really, they are 2 guys who knew them and the other 50 people don't. They get so big in such in small period of time
Great content as always; are we getting any closer to the Have Heart videos?
When Mickey Mouse turns into Metal Mickey. Lmao
This is the best thing I’ve seen all day!!!!
Why they always cut short on all my friends's end ?
